Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1. he3抗体における抗原結合性部分のアミノもしくはカルボキシ末端に融 合したゲロニンからなる融合蛋白質。 2. 前記融合蛋白質が前記ゲロニンおよび前記抗体部分を結合する切断可能な ペプチドセグメントを欠如する請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 3. VLVE−ゲルである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 4. VEVL−ゲルである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 5. ゲル−VEVLである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 6. ゲル−VLVEである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 7. ゲル::κ,Fdである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 8. ゲル::Fd,κである請求の範囲第1項に記載の融合蛋白質。 9. 抗体における抗原結合性部分のアミノもしくはカルボキシ末端に融合した ゲロニンからなり、さらに前記ゲロニンと前記抗体部分との間にペプチドセグメ ントCCLをも含む融合蛋白質。 10. 抗体における抗原結合性部分のアミノもしくは カルボキシ末端に融合したゲロニンからなり、さらに前記ゲロニンと前記抗体部 分との間にペプチドセグメントCCFをも含む融合蛋白質。 11. 融合蛋白質(ゲル::RMA::κ,Fd′)2。 12. 融合蛋白質(ゲル::RMA::Fd′,κ)2。 13. 融合蛋白質ゲロニン::RMA::κ,Fd。 14. 融合蛋白質ゲロニン::RMA::Fd,κ。 15. 融合蛋白質ゲロニン::SLT::κ,Fd。 16. 融合蛋白質ゲロニン::SLT::Fd,κ。 17. 融合蛋白質VEVL::SLT::ゲロニン。 18. 融合蛋白質VLVE::SLT::ゲロニン。 19. 融合蛋白質VEVL::RMA::ゲロニン。 20. 融合蛋白質VLVE::RMA::ゲロニン。 21. 請求の範囲第1、2、3、4、5、6、7、8、9、10、11、12 、13、14、15、16、17、18、19または20項のいずれかに記載の 融合蛋白質をコードするポリヌクレオチド。 22. 請求の範囲第21項に記載の融合蛋白質で形質転換またはトランスフェ クトされた宿主細胞。
