제1도는 단입-채널, 액슬-바이-액슬 스플리트 시스템의 개략 예시도, 제2도는 본 발명에서 이용되는 전기 작동 밸브 기구의 단면도, 제3도는 2-채널, 액슬-바이-액슬 스플리트 시스템의 개략 예시도.

Claims (10)

  1. 각각의 액슬에 한쌍의 휠과 브레이크를 갖춘 한쌍의 액슬을 구비한 차량용 어댑티브 브레이킹 시스템에 있어서, 상기 시스템(10,110,210,310,410)은, 차량운전자에 의해서 브레이크 적용이 실시될때 유압 브레이킹 압력이 전개되는 제1(28)및 제2(30) 챔버를 갖추고 있으며 차량운전자에 의해 작용되는 유압 브레이크 부스터(12)와, 상기 액슬들중의 하나에서 상기 제1챔버(28)를 휠을 제어하는 적어도 하나의 브레이크와 유압적으로 연통시키는 제1브레이킹 회로(50)와, 상기 제2챔버(30)를 다른 액슬의 휠을 제어하는 적어도 하나의 브레이크와 유압적으로 연통시키는 제2브레이킹회로(60)와, 각각의 브레이크와 유압 연통을 제어하기 위한 그리고 상기 제2브레이킹회로(60)에 있는 전기적으로 작동되는 제1밸브부재(70,170)와, 하나의 브레이크의 제어가 초기 스키딩 상태에 응답하여 상기 제어부재(90)에 의해서 실시될때 하나의 브레이크로부터 감소되는 그리고 상기 부스터를 위한 어떤 지성소부재(40)로부터 분리된 점프부재(68,69)와 연통을 포함하는 직접 연통이 상기 초기 스키딩 상태 동안에 하나의 브레이크에 복귀하기 위한 펌프부재(80)에 직접 연결되는 유압을 정상적인 브레이킹을 위해서 상기 부스터(12)에 그리고 다른 액슬의 상기 하나의 브레이크에 모두 공급하는 펌프부재(80)와로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 어댑티브 브레이킹 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 펌프부재(80)는 저장소(40)로부터 유체를 수용하는 그리고 어큐뮬레이터부재(20)를 통해서 상기 유압 부스터(12)이 유압을 연통시키는 펌핑 부분을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 하나의 브레이크(52)와의 연통을 유압적으로 제어하기 위한 그리고 상기 제1브레이킹회로(50)내에 배치된 전기적으로 작동되는 제2벨브부재(70,170)로 더 구성되어 있으며, 펌프부재(80)는 메이크-업 압력을 하나의 액슬의 상기 하나의 브레이크(52)에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전기적으로 작동되는 각각의 벨브부재(70,170)는 각각의 액슬의 양 브레이크(52,54;62.64)와 연통하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 제1브레이킹회로(50)의 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브부재(70,170)는 유체 압력을 하나의 액슬의 브레이크(52,54)로부터 섬프부재(69)를 통해서 펌프부재(80)까지 연통하는 감소 복귀라인(56)을 포함하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 섬프부재(69)는 각각의 상기 밸브부재(70,170)로부터 펌프부재(80)까지 감소 복귀라인(56,66)내에 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  7. 제3항에 있어서, 제1브레이킹 회로(50)의 전기적으로 작동되는 상기 제2밸브부재(70,170)는 각각의 밸브가 하나의 액슬의 각각의 브레이크와 연통하는 2중 밸브장치로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  8. 제3항에 있어서, 각각의 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브부재(70,170)는 유압을 대향 액슬상의 브레이크(52,64;62,64)와 연통시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 각각의 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브부재(70)는 비례 밸브부재(63,65)를 통해서 다른 액슬의 일체로된 브레이크(62,64)에 유압의 연통을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 각각의 전기적으로 작동되는 밸브부재(70,170)는 각각의 2중 밸브장치(170)의 각각의 밸브(70)는 각각의 브레이크(52,64;62,54)와 연통하는 2중 밸브장치(170)로 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 시스템.
