제2도는 본 발명의 주축의 동기 운전 제어장치의 일례를 나타낸 제어블록도이다.
Claims (3)
- 디지탈 값의 속도지령에 의해 속도제어되는 제1, 제2의 주축을 구비한 공작기계의 동기운전 제어방법으로서, 전기한 제1, 제2의 주축에 의해 절삭가공되는 가공물을 동시에 쥐었을때에 동기운전 모우드 지령을 공급하는 단계와: 전기한 동기운전 모우드 지령에 의해 설정된 모우드로 각 주축의 제어회로로의 속도지령을 주축의 위치지령신호로서 입력하는 단계와: 이 위치지령신호에 의거하여 상기한 각 주측의 제어회로에 의해 위치제어를 행하여 양주축을 동기회전제어하는 단계로 이루어진 공작기계의 동기운전 제어방법.
- 속도 제어부와 위치제어부를 포함하는 제어회로에 의해 각각 제어되는 2개의 주축 모우터를 가지며, 이들 주축 모우터에 의해 각각 제1,제2의 주축을 독립으로 구동하는 공작기계에 있어서, 이들 2개의 주축을 동기운전 제어하기 위한 주축의 동기운전 제어장치는, 각 주축의 위치 지령신호와 속도지령신호를 선택하여 이 신호를 상기 각 제어회로에 공급하는 신호입력수단과: 상기 제어회로의 위치 제어부를 속도제어부에서 분리하는 분리수단과: 이 분리수단을 제어하고, 또한 속도지령을 위치지명으로 절환하는 동기운전 모우드 설정수단을 포함하는 주축의 동기운전 제어장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전기한 속도지령은 디지탈값으로 입력됨을 특징으로 하는 주축의 동기운전 제어장치.※ 참고사항:최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
