Claims (14)
- 가구 본체 및 문 혹은 외짝문에 고정할 수 있는 경첩부분과 이 경첩부분에 관절식으로 연결되는 적어도 하나의 레버를 구비한 가구 경칩에 있어서, 레버(6)와 경첩부 사이에 비압축성의 유압매질을 구비한 댐프장치가 설치되며, 그 댐프 장치는, 레버(6)에 관련 결합된 피스톤로드(9)와, 피스톤로드에 고정된 피스톤과, 경첩부에 고정되어 피스톤을 수용하는 실린더(12)를 포함하며, 거기서 실린더(12)에는, 피스톤로드(9)을 위한 동심의 관통 구멍을 가지며, 피스톤 및 실린더와 함께 두개의 공간(35, 36)을 형성하는 단부캡이 제공되며, 그리고 피스톤의 영역내에는 유압매질을 위한 오버플루우(over flow)구멍 또는 도관이 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경칩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(12)에 고정되는 단부캡(11)은, 피스톤로드를 위한 관통관을 가지는 탄성 변형 가능한 벨로우즈로서 만들어지며, 그것은 관통관의 영역내에서 피스톤로드(9)와 액밀하고 단단하게 결합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경칩.
- 제2항에 있어서, 관통관을 형성하는 목부(21)는 안쪽으로 돌출한 원형돌기 고리(22)를 가지며, 그 원형돌기 고기가 피스톤로드(9)의 환상혼(23)에 맞물리는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제3항에 있어서, 원형돌기고리(22)는 목부(21)의 중간영역에 마련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구경첩.
- 제3항 또는4항에 있어서, 목부(21)의 외부단부가 피스톤로드(9)의 쇼울더(24)에 위치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구경첩.
- 제1항 내지 5항중 어느 1항에 있어서, 단부캡(11)이 고무 혹은 고무에 유사한 합성수지로 만들어져 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(12)는 전면이 열려 있는 실린더부(7)로 부터 연장된 환상플랜지(14)를 가지며 단부캡(11)의 고정플랜지(20)을 위한 장착리브(18, 19)를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제7항에 있어서, 실린더(12)의 환상플랜지(14)가 가구 본체에 부착되는 경첩 아암의 내면에 접하며, 환상플랜지위로 돌출된 실린더부가 경첩 아암내의 구멍을 통하여 연장되며, 실린더부상에는 경첩아암(7)의 부근까지 연장되는 사발형상의 캡(13)이 씌워지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 실린더(12)가 유압매질의 증가한 압력의 작용하에서 탄성 변형 가능한 재료로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 가구경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(25)에 대한 추가의 안전링(27)이 피스톤로드(9)에 고정되어, 피스톤(25)과 함께 피스톤링(33)을 위한 수용홈(32)을 형성하며, 피스톤링 (33)은 그 수용홈(32)내에 축방향 틈새를 가지고 설치되며, 거기서 피스톤링(33)은 틈새(38)을 가지고, 실린더 내면벽에 그의 주변측면들로서 접하며, 피스톤과 안정링은 실린더의 내경보다 작은 외경을 가지고, 피스톤(25)과 안전링(27)내에는 통류관(30, 31)들이 마련되어 있으며, 그들중 피스톤의 통류관은 닫힘행정시 피스톤링으로 덮힐 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 피스톤링(33)은 피스톤(25)의 통류관(30)에 맞물리는 최소한 하나의 캠을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 피스톤링(33)은 안정링(27)으로 향한면에 분할캠을 가지며, 이 분할캠(34)이 피스톤의 열림행정시 안정링의 아래면을 지지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제10항에 있어서, 피스톤링(33a)이 공간(36)으로 향한면에 둘러싸여 있는 경사면(40)을 구비하며, 그 경사면(40)이 공간(36)내의 유압에 의해 젖혀지게 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.
- 제1항에 있어서, 피스톤(41)이 피스톤로드 단부에 고정되어 있는 안정링(43)과 피스톤에 마련되어 축방향으로 연장된 관(42)을 위한 덮개판(44)사이에서 피스톤로드상에 축방향 이동 가능하게 지지되며, 피스톤은 경사지게 둘러싸여 중간(35)방향으로 연장되는 밀봉립(lip) (45)을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가구 경첩.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
