Claims (32)

  1. a) 가용화된 물질을 함유하는 알로에 즙을 수득하고: b)상기 알로에 즙의 pH를 약 3.00내지 약 3.50으로 조정한 다음: c) 수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매를 알로에 즙에 가하여 활성 화학물질을 침전시키으로써 비균질 용액을 생성시키고: d)수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매와 가용화된 물질을 비균질 용액으로부터 제거하여 침전된 활성 화학물질을 분리해낸 다음: e)침전된 활성 화학물질을 건조시키는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a)알로에 잎을 면균 용액중에서 세척하여 실질적으로 모든 표면 오물 및 세균을 제거하고; b) 상기 세척된 잎으로부터 적어도 제1 말단부를 제거한 다음; c) 상기 전달하고 세척한 잎으로부터 안트라퀴논이 풍부한 액즙을 침출, 보존 및 수합하고; d) 상기 잎으로부터 외피를 제거하여 실직적으로 안트라퀴논이 제거된 겔 필렛(fillet)을 생성한 다음; e) 상기한 실직적으로 안트라퀴논이 제거된 알로에 겔 필렛을 분쇄하고 균질화시켜 가용화된 물질을 함유하는, 실질적으로 안트라퀴논이 제거된 알로에 즙을 생성시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로 부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a)알로에 잎을 멸균 용액중에서 세척하여 실질적으로 모든 표면 오물 및 세균을 제거하고; b) 세척된 알로에 잎을 조분쇄(crushing)한 다음; c)조분쇄된 잎을 화학적으로 투석하여 조분쇄된 잎의 잔류 분획으로부터 실질적으로 안트라퀴논이 제거된 겔을 제거 및 분리함으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a) 알로에 잎을 멸균 용액중에서 세척하여 실질적으로 모든 표면오물 및 세균을 제거하고; b) 세척된 알로에 잎을 조분쇄한 다음; c) 상기 조분쇄된 알로에 잎을 분쇄하고 균질화 시켜 가용화된 물질을 함유하는 알로에 즙을 생성시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로 부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a)알로에 잎을 멸균 용액중에서 세척하여 실질적으로 표면 오물 및 세균을 제거하고; b) 상기 세척된 알로에 잎을 분쇄한 다음; c) 상기 분쇄된 알로에 잎을 여과시켜 섬유상 물질을 제거하고; d)상기 분쇄된 알로에 잎을 균질화시켜 가용화된 물질을 함유하는, 안트라퀴논이 풍부한 알로에 즙을 생성시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로 부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a) 알로에 식물의 잎을 조분쇄하여 가용화된 물질을 함유하는 알로에 즙을 압출시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알로에 즙을, a)알로에 잎을 멸균 용액중에서 세척하여 실질적으로 모든 표면오물 및 세균을 제거하고; b) 상기 잎으로부터 외피를 제거하여 알로에 겔필렛을 생성한 다음; c)상기 알로에 겔 필렛을 분쇄하고 균질화시켜 가용화된 물질을 함유하는 알로에 즙을 생성시킴으로써 수득함을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침전물에 방사선을 조사시킴으로써 상기 활성 화학물질을 멸균 및 보존시킴을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학 물질을 추출하는 방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 1부피의 알로에 즙에 4부피의 상기 수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매를 가하여 상기 활성 화학물질을 침전시킴을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매를 메탄올, 에탄올 및 프로판올로 구성되는 그룹으로 부터 선택함을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 수용성 저급 지방족 극성 용매가 에탄올임을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로 부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  12. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 활성 화학물질을 상기 수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매 및 알로에 즙으로부터, 상기 수용성, 저급 지방족 극성 용매를 제거하기 전 약 4시간동안 침전 시킴을 특징으로하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 확성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 침전된 활성 화학물질을 동결 건조시킴을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, f) 침전된 활성 화학물질을 포스페이트 완충액에 재용해시키고; g) 재용해된 침전 활성 화학물질을 비-특이적 프로테아제로 처리하고 대규모로 투석한 다음; h) 비-여과 생성물을 동결건조시키는 단계를 추가로 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 알로에 식물의 잎으로부터 알로에 식물중의 활성 화학물질을 추출하는 방법.
  15. 제1항의 방법에 따라 생성된 생성물.
  16. 제2항의 방법에 따라 생성된 생성물.

  30. 제29항에 있어서, 상기 중합체가 감마 또는 초단파 방사선으로 조사되었음을 특징으로하는 물질.
  31. 제29항에 있어서, 아세틸화도가 단량체 당 약 0.8개의 아세틸 그룹임을 특징으로 하는 물질.
  32. 하기 일반식으로 표시되는, 반복 단량체를 갖는 실질적 비-분해성 동결건조된 선형 중합체를 함유함을 특징으로 하는 물질.
    상기식에서 아세틸화도는 중합체 단량체 당 0.8개의 아세틸 그룹이고; 갈락토피라노즈 단위는 70개의 단량체 단위당 약 1개의 비율로 중합체에 결합되며; 갈락토즈에 대한 만노오즈의 비율로 약 20:1이다.
