Claims (8)

  1. 평가기회로, 적어도 하나의 클럭신호를 공급하기 위한 수단, 평가기 전위를 공급하기 위한 수단, 자유롭게 선택가능한 값을 갖는 전위를 공급하기 위한 수단, 그리고 상기 적어도 하나의 클럭신호의 제어하에서 상기 평가기 회로에 상기 전위들중 어느 하나를 선택적으로 공급하기 위해 상기 평가기 회로 그리고 상기 공급수단의 각각에 연결되는 적어도 하나의 멀티플렉서를 포함하는 DRAM형 집적반도체 메모리.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자유롭게 선택가능한 전위를 공급하기 위한 수단은 반체 메모리내에서 상기 자유롭게 선택가능한 전위를 발생시키기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가기회로.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 자유롭게 선택가능한 전위를 공급하기 위한 수단은 상기 자유롭게 선택가능한 전위를 반도체 메모리 외측에서 제공하기 위한 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가기회로.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 적어도 하나의 클럭신호를 공급하기 위한 수단은 시간에 결처 상보코스를 갖는 2신호를 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가기회로.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멀티플렉서는 n 채널 p 채널 트랜지스터를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 평가기회로.
  6. 평가기 회로에 메모리 셀에 기입되어 있는 데이터를 독출하고 데스트 동작에서의 평가기 전위와는 다른 전위로 메모리셀에 데이터를 재기입하여 재기입시 평가기 전위를 이용하는 정상동작에 비해 또 다른 독출시 평가기 회로에 변경된 판독신호가 발생되게 하는 것으로 이루어지는 평가기 전위를 이용한 DRAM형의 집적 반도체 메모리 동작방법.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 서로 상이한 전위값을 자유롭게 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, 서로 상이한 전위를 서로 독립적으로 조정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
