Claims (15)
- R-거울상 이성질체가 실질적으로 유리된 일반식(Ⅱ)의 S-거울상 이성질체 화합물 및 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염.상기식에서, R 및 R4는 각각 H이거나, R 및 R4중 어느 하나는 수소이고 다른 것은 생물학적으로 불안정한 에스테르 그룹을 나타낸다.
- 상기 생물학적으로 불안정한 에스테르 그룹이 에틸, 벤질, 1-(2,2-디에틸부티릴옥시)에틸, 2- 에틸프로피오닐옥시메틸, 1-(2-에틸프로피오닐옥시)에틸, 1-(2,4-디메틸벤조일옥시)에틸, α-벤조일옥시벤질, 1-(벤조일옥시)에틸, 2-메틸-1-프로피오닐옥시-1-프로필, 2,4,6-프리케틸벤조일옥시메틸, 1-(2,4,6-트리메틸 벤조일옥시)에틸, 피발로일옥시메틸, 펜에틸, 펜프로필, 2,2,2-트리플루오로에틸, 1- 또는 2- 나프틸, 2,4-디메틸페닐, 4-t-부틸페닐 및 5-인다닐인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물.
- (S)-시스-4-{1-[2-(5-인다닐옥시카보닐)-3-(2-메록시에톡시)프로필]-1-사이클로펜탄카복사미도}-1-사이클로헥산카복실산.
- (-)-가구-4-{1-[2-(5-인다닐옥시카보닐)-2-(2-메톡시에톡시)프로필]-1-사이클로펜탄카복사미도}-1-사이클로헥산카복실산.
- (S)-시스-4-{1-[2-카복시-3-(2-메록시에톡시)프로필]-1-사이클로펜탄카복사미도}-1-사이클로헥산카복실산.
- (+)-시스-4-{1-[2-카복시-3-(2-메록시에톡시)프로필]-1-사이클로펜탄카복사미도}-1-사이클로헥산카복실산.
- (a) 일반식(Ⅵ)의 S거울상 이성체 화합물을 일반식(Ⅹ)의 화합물과 커플링시키고, (b)R13및 R14중 어느 하나 또는 둘다를 제거하여 일반식(Ⅱ)의 모노-에스테르 또는 디카복실산 생물학적 수득하거나, (c)R13을 제거하고, 생성물을 에스테르화하여 생물학적으로 불한정한 에스테르 그룹을 제공하여 R14를 제거하여 R4가 H이고 R은 생물학적으로 불안정한 에스테르 그룹인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 생성물을 수득하는 단계를 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 화합물의 제조방법.상기식에서, R13및 R14는 수소를 제외하고 R 및 R4에 대해 정의한 바와 같거나, 선택적으로 제거할 수 있는 카복실산 보호그룹이다.
- 제7항에 있어서, R13가 N-아세틸-(1R, 2S)-에페드린을 형성하고 R14가 에틸이며, 에스테르 그룹을 수소화시킨 다음 가수분해시킴으로써 제거하여 R 및 R4가 둘다 H인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, R13이인다닐이고 R14가 벤질이며 언급된 벤질 그룹을 제거하여 R이 5-인다닐이고 R4가 H인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, R13이3급-부틸이고 R14가 벤질이며 언급된 그룹을 제거하여 R 및 R4가 둘다 수소인 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 수득하는 방법.
- 제7항에 있어서, R13이3급-부틸이고 R14가 벤질이며 언급된 3급-부틸 그룹을 제거하고, 생성물을 에스테르화하여 R에 생물학적으로 불안정한 에스테르 그룹을 제공하며, 벤질 그룹을 제거하는 방법.
- 약제학적으로 허용되는 희석제 또는 담체와 함께, 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항의 화합물 또는 이의 약제학적으로 허용되는 염을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 약제학적 조성물.
- 제1항 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 의학용으로 사용하기 위한, 특히 고혈압 및 심기능부전의 치료를위한 이뇨제로서 사용하기 위한 화합물 및 약제학적으로 허용되는 이의 염.
- 제7항의 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물.
- 제14항에 있어서, R13이 5-인다닐, 3급-부틸이거나 N-아세틸-(1R, 2S)-에페드린 에스테르를 형성하는 화합물.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
