Claims (16)

1 이상의 하기 안정제; a)1 이상의 0.01∼0.5중량% 유기 포스파이트 및/또는 포스포나이트; b) 1 이상의 0. 005∼0.5중량% HALS; 및 0.02중량% 이하의 농도인 임의의 1이상의 페놀계 산화방지제를 포함하며, 규칙적인 기하형태를 갖는 입상 또는 비압출입자 형태인 결정성 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 직경이 0.4∼4.5mm인 회전타원형 입자형임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 식 R-CH=CH2(식중에서 R은 수소원자 또는 C1∼C6알킬라디칼임)인 올레핀의 단일중합체 또는 공중합체, 또는 그의 혼합물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제3항에 있어서, 동방형(istactic) 또는 주로 동방향 폴리프로필렌, 및 주로 프로필렌을 포함하는 프로필렌-에틸렌 결정성 공중합체 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 안정제(a) 함량은 0.05∼0.15중량%이고, 안정제(b)함량은 0.01∼0.025중량%임을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 유기 포스파이트 또는 포스파이트는 하기 일반식을 갖는 화합물 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
(식중에서 R1, R2, R3및 R4는 동일 또는 다르며, C1∼C18인 알킬, 아릴, 또는 아릴알킬라디칼이며; Q는 4원자가 알킬라디칼이며; X는 2원자가 알킬, 아릴, 또는 아릴알킬라디칼임).
제6항에 있어서, 유기 포스파이트 또는 포스파이트는 트리스(2,4-디-t-부틸페닐)포스파이트; 디스테아릴 펜타에리트리톨 디포스파이트; 4,4′-부틸리덴-비스(3-메틸-6-t-부틸페닐-디-트리데실)포스파이트; 트리스(모노노닐-페닐)포스파이트; 비스(2,4-디-t-부틸)펜타에리트리톨 디포스페이트 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, 유기 포스포나이트 또는 포스포나이트는 하기 일반식(IV)의 화합물 중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
(식중에서, R1, R2및 R3은 동일 또는 다르며, C1∼C18인 알킬, 아릴 또는 아릴알킬라디칼이며; 또는 R2라디칼은 일반식(V)의 기(식중, R4및 R5는 상기 R 라디칼과 동일하며, X는 2원자가 알킬, 아릴 또는 아릴알킬라디칼임)로 치환되어 있음).
제8항에 있어서, 유기 포스포나이트로서 테트라키스[2,4-디-t-부틸페닐]4,4′-디페닐 포스포나이트를 사용함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1항에 있어서, HALS는 하기 일반식(VI)을 갖는 1 이상의 치환된 피페리딘 기를 분자 내에 포함하는 단량체 또는 올레고머 화합물중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
(식중에서, R1라디칼은 동일 또는 다르며, C1∼C4알킬라디칼, 또는 테트라메틸피페리딘 라디칼이며, 또는 알킬라디칼은 그것이 연결되어 있는 피페리딘 탄소원자와 C5∼C9시클로알킬라디칼을 형성하며; R2라디칼은 동일 또는 다르며, 수소원자 또는 C1∼C18알킬라디칼, C7∼C18아릴알킬 라디칼이고, 또는 알킬라디칼은 그것이 연결되어 있는 피페리딘 탄소원자와 C5∼C10시클로알킬라디칼을 형성하며; R3라디칼은 동일 또는 다르며, 수소 원자 또는 C1∼C8알킬라디칼 또는 ∼C7∼C18아릴알킬 라디칼이며; R4라디칼은 수소원자 또는 C1-C8알킬 라디칼 또는 벤질라디칼이며; Z는 수소원자, 또는 C1∼C18알킬, C1∼C12알킬렌, C3∼C12알케닐, C3∼C5알키닐, C7∼C18아릴알킬, C2∼C4아실, C2∼C18알카노일, C3∼C18알콕시알킬, C3∼C18알케노일, 옥실릭, 시아노메틸, 크실레닐라디칼, 또는 원자가 1∼4이고 1∼4의 히드록실기 및 임의로 에테르, 에스테르, 또는 헤테로고리기를 포함하는 라디칼이며, 상기 라디칼의 원자가는 피페리딘기의 질소원자에 연결되어 있으며, 또는 1이상의 에스테르 또는 아미드기를 포함하는 이원자가의 라디칼이고, 또는 R5및 R5가 탄화수소 라디칼인라디칼임.)

제1항에 있어서, 페놀계 산화방지제 또는 산화방지제는 트리스(4-t-부틸-3-히드록시-2,6-디메틸벤질) -s-트리아진-2,4,6-(IH, 3H, 5H)트리온; 칼슘비(모노에틸 (3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질)포스포네이트]; 1.3,5-트리스(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질)-s-트리아진-2,4,6-(1H, 3H, 5H)트리온; 1,3,5-트리메틸-2,4,6-트리스(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시벤질)벤젠; 펜타에리트리틸테트라키스[3-(3,5-디-t-부틸-4-히드록시페닐)프로피오네이트]; 2,6-디메틸-3-히드록시-4-t-부틸벤질아비에테이트중에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 올레핀 중합체.
제1 내지 12항의 어느 한 항에 따른 올레핀 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 폴리올레핀 섬유.
제13항에 있어서, 열접착 강도는 2∼4.5N임을 특징으로 하는 열접착성 폴리올레핀 섬유.
제13 내지 제14항에 따른 열접착성 폴리올레핀 섬유로 부터 수득한 열접착된 제조물품.
제13 내지 제14항에 따른 섬유를 압연 또는 방적 결합에 수득한 부직포.
