제2도는 NO의 전환율 대 다양한 금속으로 촉진된 제올라이트 촉매의 유입온도를 나타내는 도면이다.
제3도는 NO의 전환 대 숙성되고 구리로 촉진된 신선한 제올라이트 촉매의 처리될 가스 스트림 중의 유입온도를 나타낸 도면이다.

Claims (20)

  1. (a) 금속 및 제1의 제올라이트 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리 중의 1종 또는 2종 모두로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제 1중량% 이하로 임의 촉진된 제1의 제올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제1의 촉매지역을 통해서 질소 산화물 및 암모니아 함유 가스 스트림을 통과시키고, 암모니아로 질소 산화물을 환원시키고, 가스 스트림 중에 잔류 암모니아를 남기는 유효 조건하에서 제1의 촉매와 가스 스트림을 접촉시키고, (b) 금속 및 제1의 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리 중의 1종 또는 2종 모두로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제 1중량%이하로 임의 촉진된 제1의 제올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제2의 촉매지역을 통해서 상기 (a) 공정에서 얻은 잔류 암모니아 함유 질소 산화물이 고갈된 가스 스트림을 통과시키고, 암모니아를 질소로 산화시키는 유효조건하 및 산소 존재 중에서 제2의 촉매와 질소 산화물이 고갈된 가스 스트림과 접촉시키고, 생성된 암모니아 고갈 가스 스트림을 회수시키는 것으로 또는 가스 스트림 중에서 암모니아와 질소 산화물을 반응시키는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉진제를 함유하는 방법.
  3. 제2항에 있어서. (a) 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 0.1내지 1중량%의 촉진제를 함유하고, (b) 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 1내지 30중량%의 촉진제를 함유하며, 상기 (a) 및 (b)의 모든 중량%는 금속 및 예상되는 제올라이트의 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 측정한 것인 방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 1내지 5중량%의 촉진제를 함유하는 방법.
  5. (a) 암모니아를 가스 스트림 중에 도입시키고, (b) 금속 및 제1의 제올라이트 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리 중의 1종 또는 2종 모두로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제 1중량%이하로 임의 촉진된 제1의 제올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제1의 촉매 지역을 통해서 (a)공정으로부터 얻은 암모니아 함유 가스 스트림을 통과시키고, 암모니아로 질소 산화물을 환원시키고. 가스 스트림중에 잔류 암모니아를 남기는 유효 조건하 및 200℃의 온도에서 제1의 촉매와 가스 스트림을 접촉시키고, (c) 금속 및 제올라이트 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제 1중량%이상으로 촉진된 제2의 제올라이트 촉매를 함유하는 제2의 촉매 지역으로 질소 산화물이 고갈되고 산소 및 잔류 암모니아를 함유하는 (b) 공정으로부터 얻은 가스 스트림을 통과시키고, 암모니아를 질소로 산화시키는 유효 조건하 및 200내지 600℃의 온도에서 제2의 촉매와 생성된 가스 스트림을 접촉시키는 것으로 되는 산소 함유 가스 스트림 중에서 질소 산화물을 환원시키는 방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉진제를 함유하는 방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 금속 및 제1의 제올라이트 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 촉진제 0.2내지 1중량%를 함유하는 방법.
  8. 제1, 2 ,3 4 ,5 ,6 또는 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 촉진제가 철로 되는 방법.
  9. 제1 ,2 ,3 ,4 ,5 ,6 또는 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매 및 제2의 제올라이트 촉매 중 적어도 1종이 10이상의 실리카 대 알루미나 비율로 가지며, 7 내지 10옹스토롱의 평균 기공 운동 직경을 가지는 방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매 및 제2의 제올라이트 촉매 중 적어도 1종이 모두 결정학적 3차원으로 7내지 8옹스트롱의 평균 운동 기공 직경을 가지는 기공에 의해 상호 결합되어 있는 기공구조를 가지는 방법.
  11. 제1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 또는 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 및 제2의 제올라이트중 적어도 1종이 USY, 베타 및 ZSM-20으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택되는 방법.
  12. 제1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 또는 7항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉진제로서 철을 함유하며, 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉진제로서 구리를 함유하는 방법.
  13. (a) 금속 및 제1의 제올라이트의 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리 중 1종 또는 2종 모두로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제의 1중량%이하를 임의 함유하고, 제1의 제올라이트로 되는 제1의 촉매, 및 (b) 금속 및 제2의 제올라이트 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 철 및 구리로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 촉진제를 1중량%이상 함유하는 제2의 제올라이트로 되는 제2의 촉매로 되는 조성물을 통해서 상대적인 가스 스트림 흐름의 순서로 알 수 있는 바와 같이 제1의 촉매 및 제2의 촉매를 가지며, 가스 스트림 중에서 암모니아로 질소 산화물을 환원시키기에 유효한 촉매 조성물.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 상기 제1의 제올라이트가 제올라이트 상에 분사된 촉진제를 가지는 촉매 조성물.
  15. 제14항에 있어서, 금속 및 예상되는 제올라이트의 중량에 기초하여 금속으로 계산해서 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 0.2내지 1중량%의 촉진제를 가지며, 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 1내지 30중량%이상의 촉진제를 함유하는 촉매 조성물.
  16. 제15항에 있어서, 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 1내지 5중량%의 촉진제를 함유하는 촉매 조성물.
  17. 제13, 14, 15 또는 16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 촉진제가 철로 되는 촉매 조성물.
  18. 제13, 14, 15 또는 16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매 및 제2의 제올라이트 촉매 중 적어도 1종이 10이상의 실리카 대 알루미나 비율을 가지며, 7내지 8옹스트롱의 평균 운동 기공 직경을 가지는 촉매 조성물.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 모든 결정학적 3차원으로 크기로 7내지 8옹스트롱의 평균 운동 기공 직경을 가지는 기공에 의해 상호결합된 기공구조를 가지는 촉매 조성물.
  20. 제14, 15 또는 16항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 제1의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉매로서 철을 함유하며, 제2의 제올라이트 촉매가 촉진제로서 구리를 함유하는 촉매 조성물.
