Claims (20)
- 주조 기술 또는 회전 성형기술에 따라, 폴리아미드에 대응하는 ω-락탐 외에도, a) ω-락탐의 나트륨 및 칼륨염 및 관련 혼합물로 부터 선택한 중합촉매, b) 400-5000의 분자량 및 1.9∼2.5의 실질적인 범위의 아민 관능성을 갖는 탄성화제로서의 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리아민, c) 락탐으로 모두 블록된 이소시아네이트기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트로 구성된 활성제를 포함하는 혼합물을, 상기 시료를 130∼170℃, 바람직하게는 130∼160℃의 온도로 가열한 주형에 105∼125℃의 온도에서 공급하여 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 변형 폴리아미드로 구성된 대형 성형품 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합 반응전에 한 탱크는 1부의 ω-락탐과 촉매 (a)를 포함하고, 다른 팅크는 잔존량의 카프롤락탐과 활성제 (c)를 함께 포함하도록 하여 시료를 두 개의 구별되는 공급탱크에 분배함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리아민을 촉매를 포함하는 탱크 및 활성제를 포함하는 탱크로부터 선택된 공급탱크 중에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리아민을 두공급 탱크중에 분배함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, ω-락탐은 ω-카플롤락탐, ω-라우릴-락탐 및 그의 혼합물로부터 선택함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 폴리옥시알킬렌-폴리아민은 아민관능성이 실질적으로 2이고 분자량이 400∼4,000인 폴리옥시프로필렌-다아민이며, 상기 디아민의 양은 총 시료양에 대하여 1∼60중량%, 바람직하게는 3∼40중량%(더욱 바람직하게는 5∼25중량%)임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 촉매(a)량은 전환될 락탐 100몰당 0.10∼2(바람직하게는 0.5∼1.5)당량임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 폴리이소시아네이트는 헥사메틸렌-디이소시아네이트(HDI), 톨루엔-디이소시아네이트(TDI), 메틸렌-비스(페닐 이소시아네이트)(MDI), 비우레트화된 HDI, HDI이소시아누레이트, 부분적으로 비우레트화된 TDI, 부분적으로 비우레트화된 MDI 및 대응 혼합물로부터 선택함을 특징으로하는 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 폴리 이소시아네이트는 HDI이소시아네이트임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블록된(NCO)기를 갖는 폴리 이소시아네이트의 양은 중합할 ω-락탐 100몰당 0.2∼15(바람직하게는 1∼10)당량이고, 대응하여 당량비는 0.002∼0.15이고 바람직하게는 0.01∼0.10임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 모두 블록된(NCO)기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트 및 유리(NH₂)기를 갖는 폴리옥시알킬렌 폴리아민의 양은 당량비가 1이상이고, 바람직하게는 1∼3이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.5∼2가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 11항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, (NMe)기 (식중 Me는 알칼리 이온임)를 갖는 알칼리 락타메이트의 양 및 모두 블록된(NCO)기를 갖는 폴리이소시아네이트의 양은 당량비가 1이상이고, 바람직하게는 1∼40이며, 더욱 바람직하게는 1.5∼15가 되도록 함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1내지 12항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 당량비는 0.01이상이고, 바람직하게는 0.01∼20임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1 내지 13항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 중합반응은 임의 크기의 보강제, 바람직하게는 유리섬유 또는 탄소섬유의 존재하에 수행함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 내부 및 외부가 균질이고, 탄성율이 200이상 및 바람직하게는 425J/m이상이고 및 굴곡 모둘러스가 1250MPa이상이며, 제1내지 14항중 어느 한 항의 방법에 따라 제조하며, 보강제를 임의로 함유하는 대형 성형품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 탄성율이 450J/m이상이고, 모둘러스는 1500MPa이상임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제15항에 있어서, 탄성율이 500J/m이상이고, 모둘러스는 1270MPa이상임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제15항 내지 제17항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 황색지수가 -10이하이고, 바람직하게는 -15이하임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
- 제15내지 18항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 변형온도 (HDT)가 60℃이상임을 특징으로 하는 제품.
