Claims (12)

  1. 첫 번째 단계에서, 락톤을 염화비닐에서 이온 방식에 의하여 중합하고, 두 번째 단계에서, 라디칼 방식에 의하여 중합될 수 있는 다른 에틸렌 불포화 단량체를 첨가하는 상기 염화 비닐을 현탁액에서와 첫 번째 단계에서 나온 중합 매체의 존재하에 라디칼 방식에 의하여 중합하는, 락톤 중합체로 변성된 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법에서, 첫 번째 단계의 이온 촉매가 테트라하이드로푸란으로 착화되고, 물의 존재하에서 에틸렌 불포화 알코올과 알킬금속이 반응하는 생성물로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 상기 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 알킬금속이 1-18개의 탄소원자를 함유하는 직쇄 또는 분지쇄 알킬을 함유하고 에틸렌 불포화 알코올을, 에틸렌 불포화가 쇄의 말단에 위치하고 3-20개의 탄소 원자를 갖는 1차, 2차 또는 3차 에틸렌 불포화 알코올에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 알킬금속이 2-5개의 탄소원자를 갖는 동일 알킬기로 이루어지고, 알킬금속의 알루미늄과/또는 아연에서 선택하고 에틸렌 불포화 알코올을, 에틸렌 불포화가 쇄의 말단에 위치하고 3-6개의 탄소원자를 갖는 에틸렌 일불포화 1차 알코올에서 선택함을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화비닐중합체의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 0.1-0.3몰의 에틸렌 불포화 알코올과, 활성 금속의 그람-원자당 0.01-0.5몰의 물을, 0.1-20몰의 테트라하이드로푸란의 존재하에 반응시킴을 특징으로하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 단계의 이온 촉매가 테트라하이드로푸란의 착화됨을 특징으로하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중의 어느 한 항에 있어서, 첫 번째 단계의 이온 촉매가 테트라하이드로푸란으로 착화되지 않음을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 촉매를 이온 방식에 의하여 중합될 수 있는 단량체의 몰당 0.001-0.1그람-원자의 활성 금속의 비율로 사용함을 특징으로하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 촉매 농도를 조절하여 수-평균 분자량이 10.000이하인 락톤 중합체를 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, 락톤이 ε-카프로락톤임을 특징으로 하는 변성염화 비닐 중합체의 제조방법.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 두 번째 단계에서, 라디칼 방식에 의한 중합이 현탁액에서 일어남을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화 비닐 중합체의 제조 방법.
  11. 수-평균 분자량이 5,000이하이고, 염화 비닐중합체로 그래프트된 락톤 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로하는 락톤 중합체로 변성된 염화비닐 중합체.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 수-평균 분자량이 5,000이하이고, 염화비닐 중합체로 그래프트되고 그래프트도가 50%이상인 ε-카프로락톤 중합체로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 변성 염화비닐 중합체.
