수분산성 과립의 제조방법

제1도는 본 발명에 따른 과립의 제조공정에 사용되는 플랜트(plant)의 개략도이다.

Claims (11)

  1. 수성 분산액 또는 용액을 향류식 원리에 의해 유동화 챔버의 개스 스트림속으로 분무시켜 유동화시키고, 시동단계(start-up phase)로 최대 개스흐름의 10 내지 60% 및 분산액 또는 용액의 최대 공급속도의 단지 30%이하에서 과립의 형성공정을 개시시키며, 이어서 공급속도 및 개스흐름을 공급속도 및 개스흐름에 대한 최대값까지 증가시키고, 본가동단계(main phase)로 최대 개스흐름 및 최대 공급속도에서 과립의 형성 공정을 계속시킴을 포함하여, 고형물의 수성 분산액 또는 용액(경우에 따라서는, 또한 제형화 보조제를 함유함)으로부터 수분산성 과립을 제조하는 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 과립의 형성공정을 시동단계로 최대 개스흐름의 40내지 50% 및 분산액 또는 용액의 최대 공급속도의 5내지 15%에서 시작하는 방법.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 유동화 챔버속으로 유입되는 지점에서의 개스스트림의 온도가 90 내지 180℃ 특히 120내지 150℃의 범위인 방법.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 유동화 챔버속으로 유입되기 전의 개스 스트림이 공정 수행도중 일정한 온도를 갖는 방법.
  5. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시동단계에서의 공급속도를 형성된 과립의 온도(t)가 (tm+20℃) 내지 (tm-20℃)(여기서, tm은 온도의 평균값(℃)이다)의 범위로 유지되도록 하는 속도로 실질적으로 개스흐름과 동시에 증가시키는 방법.
  6. 제1항 내지 제5항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시동단계에서의 공급속도를 0.1분 내지 4분 사이클로 사이클당 최대 공급속도의 1내지 5%씩 증가시키거나, 시동단계에서의 공급속도를 연속적으로 증가시키는 방법.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 개스 스트림에 의해 운반된 미세 과립 및 분진을 하향류(down stream)식으로 놓인 필터에 의해 트래핑 시킨 다음, 필터를 공정수행도중에 연속적으로 또는 일정한 시간간격으로 진동(shaking)시켜 트래핑된 과립 또는 분진을 유동화 챔버속으로 낙하시키거나 운반하는 방법.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 경우에 따라서는 농약 및 과립용의 통상적인 제형화 보조제의 존재하에, 분산액 또는 용액중에 각각 분산되거나 용해된 고체가 농약을 포함하는 그룹에 속하는 활성 화합물인 방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 분산액 또는 용액이 과립의 형성에 도움을 주는 접착제, 점착 부여제, 습윤제, 분산제 및 안정화제를 하나 이상 함유하는 방법.
  10. 제1항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에서 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 수분산성 과립.
  11. 제8항에서 청구된 바와 같은 방법에 의해 제조된 과립의 식물보호제 또는 해충방제제로서 용도.
