활성물질의 국소 또는 계통적 투여를 위한 단계적 약물 방출을 나타내는 경피 시스템 및 그 용도
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제2도는 본 발명에 따른 시스템의 한 구체예이다,
제3도는 매트릭스에 합병된 멤브레인을 가진 제2도의 매트릭스에 대한 또 다른 도면이다.
제4도는 상기 멤브레인의 상이한 구체예이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 높은 초기 투약량 및 저하된 유지 투약량을 나타내고, 피부로 부터 떨어져 있고 활성물질에 불침투서인 기저층, 방출 표면에 평행하게 위치된 적어도 하나의 멤브레인을 포함하는 활성물질 공급원, 시스템을 피부에 고착시키기 위한 감압성 접착제 고정 장치 및 피부와 대면 하는 시스템의 표면을 임의적으로 덮는 제거 가능한 보호층으로 구성되는, 조절된 단계적 활성물질 투여용 경피 시스템에 있어서, 멤브래인 표면적이 시스템의 방출표면적보다 적은 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인이 공급원에 합병되어 있거나 피부면에서 공급원에 인접한 경피 시스템.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인이 활성물질 또는 방출된 물질에 불투과성인것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 멤브레인이 활성물질 또는 방출된 물질에 제한적 투과도를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 경피 시스템이 방출될 물질에 상이한 투과도를 나타내는 적어도 2개의 멤브레인을 포함하고, 상기 멤브레인 중 적어도 하나는 시스템의 방출 표면적 보다 적은 표면적을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 시스템의 방출 표면적보다 적은 멤브레인이 방출된 물질에 불투과성이고 공급원에 합병된 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원이 활성 성분 또는 방출된 물질을 포화 농도를 넘지 않는 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  8. 제1항 내지 제7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원이 활성성분 또는 방출된 물질을 포화농도 이상의 농도로 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  9. 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 공급원의 약제함유 구성체가 상이한 조성물의 수개층으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 경피 시스템.
  10. 인체 또는 동물 약제 또는 화장품 제제로 활성물질을 국소 및 계통적으로 투여하기 위한 제1항 내지 제9항에서 정의된 경피 시스템의 용도.
