Claims (7)

1000탄소원자당 1 내지 60의 메틸분기와 1 내지 60의 헥실 또는 그 이상의 분기를 가지며, g-값이 0.5내지 0.8이고, 0-디클로벤젠중에서 140℃에서 측정된 바 극한점도[n]이 0.005내지 20.0㎗/g인 폴리에틸렌.
0- 또는 2-가 니켈의 배위 니켈화합물과 다음 일반식(Ⅰ) :
(상기 식에서, R1,R2,R3및 R4는 상호 동일 또는 상이하며, 각각 n-알킬, 이소알킬, 아릴 또는 트리알킬실릴이다.)로 표시되는 아미노비스(이미노)포스포란을 포함하는 촉매계를 사용하여, 에틸렌을 α-올레핀의 존재하여 중합시킴에 의한, 폴리에틸렌의 제조방법.
제2항에 있어서 배위 니켈화 GKQ이 비스시클로옥타디엔니켈, 시클로도데카트리엔니켈, 시클로옥타테트라엔니켈 및 비스알릴니켈로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 아미노비스(이미노) 포스포란이 비스(트리메틸실릴) 아미노-비스(트리메틸실릴이미노) 포스포란인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 배위 니켈화합물이 아미노비스(이미노)포스포란에 대한 몰비가 1:1 내지 1:100인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, α-올레핀이 3 내지 20탄소를 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
제2항에 있어서, 중합반응이 -78내지 200℃범위의 온도, 및 1내지 200kg/㎠G범위의 압력에서 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
