Claims (19)
- 실질적으로 수직으로 설치한 원통상 또는 원추형용기에 회전러그축을 가지고, 그 회전러 그축에 틀상부재를 1개 또는 복수개 연결한 교반날개를 설치하고,그 교반날개에 의하여 용기내를 교반시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1개 또는 복수개 연결하는 틀상부재의 수직방향의 날개부재간의 설치각도를 소정의 각도로 유지하여 교반날개를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제2항에 있어서, 1개 또는 복수개 연결하는 틀상부재의 내부에 수평방향 또는 수평방향으로 교반부재를 설치하여 교반날개를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 틀상부재를 동일 회전면내에 복수개설치한 교반날개 구성요소를 설치하고, 그 1개 또는 복수의 교반날개 구성요소를 수직방향에 연결하여 교반날개를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반탱크 하부를 원추형으로 하고 그 원추형용기의 내부벽면을 긁어내도록 수평방향의 날개부재를 조절한 틀상부재로 교반날개의 일부를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반탱크하부를 원추형으로 하고 그 원추형용기의 하부에 피처리액을 뽑아내는 배출기구와, 교반탱크에 탱크내부의 기상부를 가압하는 가압기구를 설치한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 복수개 연결한 틀상부재의 수평방향에 설치되는 날개부재가 교반날개의 회전중심을 중심으로 하여 소정의 각도를 유지하여 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 교반탱크 최상부에 틀상부재의 수평방향 교반부재와 다음단의 틀상부재의 수평방향 고반부재의 비틀림방향과 역방향이 되도록 교반날개를 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 판상 또는 직사각형의 틀부재 내부를 중공구조로하고, 상기 틀부재로 구성되는 교반날개의 내부를 연통하고, 상기 중공부에 외부로 설치한 열매체의 가열, 냉각장치에 의하여 열매체가 순환되도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제7항에 있어서, 교반날개 구성부재중 탱크벽면을 긁어내는 교반날개부재의 양단을 수평방향의 교반날개부재와의 연결부로부터 각각 상방 또는 하방으로 신장시켜 교반날개 구성요소를 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 교반탱크를 외관상 중심축방향으로 복수단 분할하고 각각의 교반탱크에 스트립(strip)상 또는 로드(rod)상의 나선날개부재를 회전중심에 대해 대칭적으로 설치하고, 그 설치한 나선날개부재의 상단 및 하단을 각각 수평방향으로 설치한 날개부재로 결합하여 교반날개 구성요소를 형성하고 그 교반날개 구성요소를 복수개 연결하여교반날개를 구성하고 상기 교반날개의 일단을 회전러그측에 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제7 또는 제11항의 장치와 터빈날개 또는 페들날개등을 구비한 저점도용 교반장치를 1기 또는 복수기 연결하여 부가중합체 중합체 또는 증축합제 중합체의 제조를 벌크중합에 의하여 행하도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 실질적으로 수직으로 설치한 원통상 또는 원추상용기에 회전러그축을 가지며 그 회전러그축에 개략 직사각형상의 틀을 복수개 연결한 교반날개를 설치함과 동시에 교반탱크 하부에 피처리액을 뽑아내는 배출기구와 교반탱크에 탱크내부를 가압하는 가압기구를 설치하여 피처리액의 배출시에 탱크부착물을 탱크하부로 끌어내리는 방향으로 교반날개를 회전시킴과 동시에 교반탱크내를 가압하여 배출기구를 운전시키도록 구성한 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제13항에 있어서, 복수개의 틀상부재로 수평방향에 설치되는 날개부재가 교반날개의 회전중심을 중심으로 하여 소정의 각도로 서로를 비틀고 탱크벽에 따른 부재가 경사지도록 틀상부재를 형성하고 각각의 틀상부재간의 소정의 각도로 유지하는 교반날개를 설치하도록 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 고점성물질의 제조방법으로서 동일한 교반탱크에 의하여 피처리액을 교반하고 반응의 진행에 따라 피처리액의 점도가 상승하는 중합반응 조작을 최종고점도중합물가지 벌크중합반응에 의하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 피처리액의 점도변화에 따라 교반날개의 회전수를 변화시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.
- 제15항에 있어서, 복수개의 틀상부재를 소정의 각도로 유지하여서, 연결하여 교반날개를 형성한 원통상 또는 원추상의 동일한 교반탱크에서 형성된 최종고점도중합물까지 벌크중합반응에 의하여 중합체화합물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 반응의 진행에 따라 피처리액의 점도가 상승하는 부가 중합체 중합체 또는 증축합계 중합체의 제조를 벌크중합에 의하여 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 교반날개를 회전시킴으로써 피처리액에로의 열전달량을 증가시켜 표면갱신성능을 향상시키고, 액상중합체로 부터의 부성물을 제거하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고점성물질의 제조장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
