Claims (35)

  1. 강화된 두 개의 상부층 사이에 샌드위치된 코아물질을 포함하는 국부강화의 박판형 샌드위치 물질에 있어서, 코아물질은 열가소성, 발포성 코아물질 또는 벌집구조의 코아물질로하고, 상부층은 섬유, 특히 직물, 편직물, 망상직물 또는 일방향성 섬유형태로 강화한 열가소성 합성 플라스틱물질로 구성하며, 상부층중 하나를 통해 일정압력으로 일정량의 플라스틱물질을 코아물질내에 사출하여 굳게한 적어도 하나의 국부강화부위를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 믈질히 사출된 부위에서 코아 물질을 대체 및/또는 용해한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질
  3. 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질이 적어도 50℃의 연화 온도를 갖는 열가소성 합성 수지인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  4. 제 1 항, 제2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 열가소성 발포성 코아 물질이 폴리에테르 이미드 폼, 폴리카보네이트 폼, 폴리메타크릴아미드 폼, PET 또는 PBT 의 폴리에스터 폼, 폴리에테르 술폰 폰, 폴리에테르 케톤 폼, 폴리에테르 케톤 케톤 폼, 산화 폴리페닐렌 폼, 황화폴리테닐텐 폼, 상기 열가소성 합성 수지를 적어도 한가지 이상 함유하는 열가소성 합성수지의 혼합물로 만들어진 폼 물질인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  5. 제 1 항에서 제 4 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 발포성 코아물질이 섬유를 함유한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  6. 제 5항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 유리섬유, 아라미드 섬유와 같은 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리에스터 섬유, 탄소섬유로부터 선택한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  7. 제 1 항에서 제 6 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 발포성 코아물질이 액정 물질을 함유한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  8. 제 1 항에서 제 7 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서,상부층의 열가소성 합성수지가 PET또는 PBT등의 폴리에스터, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리에테르 이미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리술폴, 폴리에테르 술폴, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴레에테르 에테르 케톤, 폴리 에테르 케톤 케톤, 산화 폴리페닐텐, 황화폴리페닐렌 또는 상기 프라스틱중 2가지 이상의 혼합물인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  9. 제 1 항에서 제 8 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서,상부층이 유리섬유, 아라미드 섬유와 같은 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리에틸렌 섬유, 폴리에스터 섬유, 탄소 섬유로부터 선택한 물질로 강화한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  10. 제 3 항에서 제 9 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 사출된 열가소성 합성수지가 폴리스틸렌, 스틸렌 중합체, 아크릴레이트 및/또는 메타크릴레이트 중합체, 폴리오레핀, PET 및 PBT등의 폴리에스터, 폴리카보네이트, 폴리 에테르 아미드, 폴리아미드, 폴리술폰, 폴리에테르 술폰, 폴리에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 에테르 케톤, 폴리에테르 케톤 케톤, 산화 폴리페닐렌, 황하 폴리페닐렌, 또는 상기 합성 플라스틱 물질중 2 이상의 혼합물인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  11. 제 3 항에서 제 10 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 사출되는 열가소성 합성수지가 섬유를 함유한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  12. 제 11 항에 있어서, 상기 섬유가 유리섬유, 아라미드 섬유와 같은 폴리아미드 섬유, 폴리 에틸렌 섬유, 폴리에스터 섬유, 탄소섬유로부터 선택한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  13. 제 1 항에서 제 12 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 강화 부위에 보조수단을 형성한 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  14. 제 13 항에 있어서, 보조수단이 플라스틱 물질의 사출중에 형성된 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  15. 제 1 항에서 제 14 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조수단이 강화실시후에 강화부위에 형성된 것인 박판형 샌드위치 물질.
  16. 제 13 항에서 제 15 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조수단이 결합수단, 부품 또는 완제품인 박판형 샌드위치 물질
  17. 제 13 항에서 제 16 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 보조수단이 강화부위에 사출성형 수단에 의해 마련된 박판형 샌드위치 물질

  19. 제 18 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질이 사출된 부위에서 코아물질을 대체 및/또는 용해하게 하는 방법.
  20. 제 19 항 또는 제 20 항에 있어서, 플라스틱 물질이 적어도 50℃의 연화온도를 갖는 열가소성 합성수지인 방법.
  21. 제 18 항에서 제 20 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 플라스틱물질을 상부층을 통해 사출성형장치에 의해 코아를 일정압력하에 사출시키는 방법.
  22. 제 18 항에서 제 21 항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열가소성 발포성 코아 물질이 폴리에테르 아미드 폼, 폴리카보네이트 폼, 폴리메타크릴아미드 폼, PET 또는 PBT 의 폴리에스터 폼, 폴리에테르 술폰 폼, 폴리에테르 케톤폼, 폴리에테르 케톤 케톤폼, 산화 폴리페닐렌폼, 황하 폴리페닐렌폼, 또는 상기 열가소성 합성수지를 적어도 한가지 이상 함유하는 열가소성 합성수지의 혼합물로 만들어진 폼 물질인 방법.
