Claims (15)

  1. 복수도트의 액정패널, 적어도 1라인 표시정보를 액정패널에 공급하는 X구동회로수단, 액정패널 각 라인의 1도트데이터를 선택하는 Y구동회로수단, 액정패널에 전류를 흐르게 하는 X구동회로수단 및 Y구동회로수단, 액정패널의 각 라인표시가 가능하도록 적어도 M(M은 정수) 도트표시정보데이터를 저장하고 복수비트의 정보데이터를 입력하는 메모리수단, 메모리수단에서 판독되는 복수비트의 표시정보데이터중에서 1비트의 표시정보데이터를 선택하는 선택수단, 선택수단으로 선택되는 1비트의 표시정보데이터를 지정하는 선택명령수단, 표시를 위해 N(N은 적어도 2이상의 정수)로 분할될 1수평기간에 해당하는 소정시간 순차의 복수비트중의 각 1비트를 판독하는 선택수단을 제어하는 선택명령수단, 멀티레벨색조표시가 가능하기 위하여 1도트가 1수평기간 동안에 적어도 2회 표시제어 되도록 1수평 기간동안에 적어도 2회 1도트 정보가 공급되는 X구동회로수단등으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 메모리수단은 복수비트의 데이터정보를 입력하여 저장하는 라인메모리수단 및 프레임메모리수단중의 적어도 하나를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, L(L은 1이상의 정수)비트의 정보데이터가 제공되며, 상기 메모리 수단은 L라인 메모리수단을 포함하고, 선택수단은 상기 L라인메모리 수단에서 판독되는 복수의 L비트표시정보데이터중에서 1비트 표시정보데이터를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 L라인 메모리수단에서 판독된 L비트의 표시정보데이터를 P(P는 L이상의 정수)비트의표시정보데이터로 반전하는 상기 L라인 메모리수단에 연결되는 수단을 포함하고, 상기 선택수단은 상기 반전수단으로 제공된 복수의 P비트표시정보데이터중에서 1비트표시정보데이터를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, L이 2이고 P는 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  6. 제2항에 있어서, L(L은 1이상의 정수)비트의 표시정보가 제공되며, 메모리수단은 P(P는 L이상의 정수)라인 메모리수단을 포함하고, 상기 메모리수단은 P라인메모리수단에 공급하기 위하여 L비트의 정보데이터를 P비트의 정보데이터로 입력하여 반전하는 P라인메모리수단에 연결되며, 상기 선택수단은 복수라인 메모리수단 중에서 1비트 표시정보데이터를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, L이 2이고 P는 3인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  8. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 복수비트의 정보데이터를 입력하여 상기 복수비트의 정보데이터를 재배열하는 위상반전회로수단, 상기 메모리수단의 입력 및 출력중의 하나에 연결되는 위상반전수단, 1비트의 재배열데이터를 선택하는 선택수단으로 구성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, L비트의 정보데이터가 제공되며, 상기 메모리수단은 L라인메모리수단을 포함하며, 상기위상반전수단은 L라인메모리수단 및 선택수단 사이에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, L비트의 정보데이터가 제공되며, 상기 메모리수단은 L라인메모리수단으로 구성되고, 상기 위상반전수단은 L비트의 정보데이터를 입력하여 재배열하고 이 재배열정보데이터를 L라인메모리 수단에 공급하는 L라인메모리수단의 입력에 연결되어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  11. 제8항에 있어서, L비트의 정보데이터가 제공되며, 메모리수단은 L라인메모리수단, L라인메모리수단에서 판독된 L비트의 정보데이터를 P(P는 L이상)비트의 표시정보데이터로 전환하는 L라인메모리수단에 연결된 수단, P비트의 표시정보를 입력하여 재배열하는 위상반전회로로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  12. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 메모리수단은 정보데이터를 입력하여 저장하는 프레임 메모리 수단을 포함하며, 상기 선택수단은 상기 프레임메모리 수단에서 판독된 정보데이터를 선택하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 정보데이터의 프레임수를 카운팅하는 프레임카운터수단과 프레임 카운터의 카운트에 따라서 표시되는 정보데이터를 제어하는 프레임간 끌기수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 라인메모리수단은 프레임메모리수단에 연결되고, 선택수단은 라인메모리수단에 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
  15. 액정패널, 액정패널 1라인의 표시정보를 입력하여 도트유니트의 표시정보를 디코팅하는 X구동회로수단, 1도트의 데이터로서 액정패널의 디코드된 값에 종속하는 펄스폭을 가지는 펄스를 공급하는 X구동회로수단, 데이터가 X구동회로수단 및 Y구동회로수단의 출력에 따라서 액정패널의 1도트의 표시되도록 각각의 1수평기간에서 X구동회로수단으로 공급되는 1도트데이터를 선택 Y구동회로수단, X 및 Y방향의 적어도 1 방향으로 도트표시정보를 재배열하는 위상반전회로수단, 액정패널이 디코드된 값에 종속하는 펄스폭을 가지는 펄스를 사용하는 정보표시가 가능하도록 도트방식의 재배열 표시정보의 디코딩을 가능케하는 X구동회로수단으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
