DOHC엔진의 캠축드러스트 규제구조

제1도는 본 발명의 일실시예에 있어서의 캠축구동부의 평면도, 제2도는 제1도의 Ⅱ-Ⅱ 단면에서 본 캠축의 전체도, 제3도는 제2도의 Ⅲ-Ⅲ단면도.

Claims (1)

  1. 각각에 3기통분의 캠을 갖춘 2개의 캠축이 양캠축에 형성한 헬리컬기어의 맞물림에 의해서 상호구동 연결되고, 상기 캠축의 드러스트플랜지에 대응해서 플랜지 끼워맞춤홈을 구성하는 드러스트 받침부가 캠 캡쪽과 엔진본체쪽으로 상하 2분할해서 형성된 DOHC 엔진에 있어서, 상기 드러스트 받침부의 플랜지 끼워맞춤홈을, 상기 캠캡쪽에 형성된 위쪽부분이 상기 엔진본체쪽에 형성된 아래쪽 부분보다 폭이 크게되도록 설정함과 동시에, 상기 캠축의 축심부에 적어도 상기 드러스트플랜지가 위치하는 부위까지 달하는 오일통로를 형성하고, 또한 이 오일통로와 연통해서 상기 드러스트 플랜지를 직경방향으로 관통하는 관통구멍을, 상기 캠축의 축심과 이 캠축의 어느하나의 캠의 열리는 폭 램프부를 연결하는 선에 팽행이 되도록 형성한 것을 툭징으로 하는 DOHC 엔진의 캠축드러스트 규제구조.
