Claims (7)
- 엔진 본체를 구성하는 실린더블록(B)의 크랭크 케이스(2)에 일체로 형성된 여러개의 저어널벽(7)과, 그 저어널벽(7)에 각기 결합하게 되는 베어링캡(11)에 의하여 크랭크축(Sc)을 회전이 자유롭도록 지지하여서 된 내연기관의 크랭크축(Sc) 지지장치에 있어서, 크랭크 케이스(2)의 저어널벽(7)의, 크랭크축(Sc)에 잇따른 양측에서 서로 대치하는 한쌍의 스커어트멱(51), (52)을 수직으로 설치한 다음, 각 저어널벽(7)과 한쌍의 스커어트벽(51), (52)으로 요부(10)를 각기 형성하고, 이 요부(10)에 저어널벽(7)과 협조 작용하여 크랭크축(Sc)을 지지하는 베어링캡(11)을 대응하는 저어널벽(7)에 주결합 보울트로서 일체가 되게 결합함과 함께 한쌍의 스커어트벽(51),(52)에 보조결합 보울트(20)로서 일체로 결합하며, 나아가서 여러개의 베어링캡(11)을 브리지부재(17)에 의하여 일체가 되게 연결한 것을 특징으로 하는 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 브리지부재(17)에는 윤활유를 유통하는 주통로(21)를 형성한 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 주결합 보울트는 베어링캡(11)을 관통하여 저어널벽(7)에 나사로 고착한 짧은 보울트(16)와 브리지부재(17) 및 베어링캡(11)을 관통하여 저어널벽(7) 나사로 고착한 긴 보울트(19)에 의하여 된 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 각 베어링캡(11)과 각 요부(10) 사이에는 저어널벽(7)에 인접하여 위치하는 제1감합부와, 이 벽에서 떨어져서 위치하는 제2감합부가 형성되어, 제1감합부의 감합범위를 작게, 또 제2감합부의 감합범위를 크게 설정하여서 된 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 베어링캡(11)을 철합금으로 또 브리지부재(17)를 경합금으로 구성한 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 엔진은 V형인 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 전술한 엔진은 직렬형인 다기통 내연기관의 크랭크축 지지장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
