Claims (13)

  1. 하기 일반식(Ⅰ)의 N-(치환된 페닐 또는 벤질)-2(3-치환된 페녹시)니코틴 아미드 유도체인 적어도 하나의 활성 물질 및 하기 일반식(Ⅱ)의 3,7-디클로로-8-아실퀴놀린 유도체인 적어도 하나의 활성 물질의 조합을 함유하는 생성물.

    (Ⅱ)
    (상기식에서, R은 H 또는 CH3이고, X는 할로겐원자(C1, I, F, Br)또는 C1NC3알킬 또는 트리플루오로메틸 또는 카르보에톡시기이고, Y는 수소원자, C1NC4알킬, C1NC4할로알킬, C1NC4티오(할로알킬), C1NC4알콕시,니트로 또는 시아노기 또는 할로겐원자(C1, I, F, Br)이고 Z는 Y의 의미중 하나를 가지고, n=0또는 1이고, Y1은 산소 또는 황원자, NOH기, 2H, 2Cl, 또는 N-A-B기(식중, A는 CH2또는 단일공유경합이고 B는 Cl, NO2, CH3, CF3또는 OCH3로 임의로 치환된 페닐 또는 피리딜이다)이고, R1은 할로겐원자, 시아노기 또는 NR2R3기(식중 R2및 R3이 독립적으로 수소원자 또는 C1NC6알킬, C1NC6알케닐, C1NC6히드록시알킬, 포르밀, 시클로헥실, 페닐 또는 피리딜기, 또는 R2및 R3은 CH2기가 산소 또는 질소원자 또는 N-CH3에의해 대치될수 있는 테트라-또는 펜타 메틸렌을 함께 형성한다)이고; 게다가 R1은 OM기(식중, M은 수소원자, 1족 또는 2족 금속, C1NC8알킬기, H2N(R2)(R3)기 또는 할로겐원자 또는 NO2C1NC4알킬 또는 트리할로메틸기로 임의로 치환된 페닐기이다)이거나 Y 및 R1은 함께 시아노기를 지칭할 수 있다.)
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화성 물질에 대한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 활성물질의 중량비가 1 : 1000 내지 100, 바람직하게는 1 : 100 내지 10인 생성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 일반식(Ⅰ)의 활성물질이 디플루 페니칸 또는 N-(2, 4-디플루오로페닐)-2-(3-트리플루 오로메틸 페녹시)-니코틴 아미드인 생성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서 일반식(Ⅱ)의 활성 물질이 3, 7-디클로로-8-퀴놀린 카트복실산인 생성물.
  5. 제1 또는 2항에 있어서, 디플루페니칸 또는 N-(2, 4-디플루오로페닐)-2-(3-트리플루오롬메틸페녹시)니코틴 아미드 및 3, 7-디콜로로-8-퀴놀린카르복실산의 조합을 함유하는 생성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 3, 7-디콜로로-8-퀴놀린카르복실산에 대한 N-(2, 4-디플루오로페닐)-2-(3-트리플루오롬메틸페녹시)니코틴 아미드의 중량비가 1 : 50내지 2인 생성물.
  7. 제1 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 동시 사용을 위한 생성물.
  8. 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제초제로서 특히 부가적으로 농업적으로 수용 가능한 불활성 부형제 및/또는 농업적으로 수용가능한 활성제를 함유하는 제초제 조성물 형태의 생성물의 용도.
  9. 작물, 특히 곡물 또는 벼를 재배하는 곳에 제1 내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 따른 생성물의 유효량을 잡초의 발아전 또는 발아후 상기 장소에 처리함을 특징으로 하는 잡초 방제방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 생성물을 50내지 1000g/ha, 바람직하게는 80내지 2000g/ha의 용량으로 처리하는 잡초 방제방법.
  11. 제9 내지 11항에 있어서, 생성물이 제5내지 6항 중의 하나에 다른 생성물인 잡초 방제방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 생성물을 벼 도는 밀을 경작 하는 곳 또는 벼 또는 밀을 경작하려는 곳에 처리함을 특징으로 하는 잡초 방제방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 생성물을 80내지 1000g/ha의 기준으로 처리함을 특징으로 하는 방제방법.
