Claims (12)

  1. 일반식(I)의 화합물
    상기식, X은 산소, 황 또는, R1은 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 R2은 C1내지 C12-알킬, C3도는 C4-알켄일, C1또는 C2-알킬로 치환될 수 있는 C5또는 C6-시클로알킬, 피리딜, 피리딜메틸, 펜에틸, 하나 또는 무 탄소원자를 지니는 시아노알킬, 페톡시메틸, 메톡시메틸프로필, 페닐, C1내지 C4-알킬, C1내지 C4-알콕시, 니트로, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 알릴 및 메톡시카르보닐와 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환 되는 페닐, 벤질, 메틸, 니트로, 메톡시 및 클로로의 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 벤질, α-메틸벤질, X가 산소 또는일 때 할로겐으로 치환되는 C1내지 C5-알킬, 디메틸아모노로 치환되는 C2또는C3-알킬, 푸르푸릴 또는 티에피메틸 및 R3은 수소, C1내지 C4알킬, 시아노메틸, 메톡시카르보닐메메 또는 1-(프로폭시카르보닐)에틸임.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, X가 산소, R1이 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 및 R2가 할로겐, 벤질 또는 시클로알킬로 치환될 수 있는 C4내지 C6-알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, X가 산소, R1이 3-피리딜 및 R2가 C6-알킬 또는 벤질인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물
  4. 제3항에 있어서, X가 산소, R1이 3-피리딜, R2가 3-메틸부틸, 3-메틸-2-부틸, 2-에틸부틸, n-부틸 또는 n-헥실인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, X가 황, R1이 3-피리딜, 또는 4-피리딜 및 R2가 C4내지 C6-알킬 또는 펜에틸인것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, X가 황, R1이 3-피리딜, 및 R2은 C4내지 C6-알킬인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, X는, R1은 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 및 R2은 C4내지 C6-알킬 또는 벤질, R3은 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  8. 제6항에 있어서, X가, R1은 3-피리딜, R2은 C4내지 C6-알킬 및 R3은 수소인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, X가, R1은 3-피리딜, R3은 수소 및 R2은 3-메틸부틸, 2-메틸부틸 또는 n-헥실인 것을 특징으로 하는 화합물.
  10. 일반식화합물과(상기식, R1은 상술과 같으며 Y은 할로겐임.) 일반식 R2-XH화합물(상기식에서 R2와 X는 상술과 같음)을 0 내지 150℃의 불활성용제에서 반응하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 다음 일반식(I)화합물의 제조방법.
    (상기식, X은 산소, 황 또는R1은 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 R2은 C1내지 C12-알킬, C3또는 C4-알켄일, C1또는 C2-알킬로 치환될 수 있는 C5또는 C6-시클로알킬, 피리딜, 피리내메틸, 펜에틸, 탄소원자 하나 둘을 지니는 시아노알킬, 메톡시에틸, 1-메톡시메틸프로필, 페닐, C1내지 C4-알킬, C1내지 C4-알콕시, 니트로, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 알릴 및 메톡시카르보닐의 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 페닐, 벤질, 메틸, 니트로, 메톡시 또는 클로로 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 벤질, α-메틸벤질, X가 산소 또는일때 할로겐으로 치환되는 C1내지 C6-알킬, 디메틸아미노로 치환되는 C2또는 C3-알킬, 푸로푸릴 또는 티에틸메틸이며, R3은 수소, C1내지 C4-알킬, 시아노메틸, 메톡시카르보닐메틸 또는 1-프로폭시카르보닐에틸임.)
  11. 유효성분으로서 일반식(I)의 화합물로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 살충 조성물.
    (상기식에서, X은 산소, 황 또는R1은 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 R2은 C1내지 C12-알킬, C3또는 C4-알켄일, C1또는 C2-알킬로 치환될 수 있는 C5또는 C6-시클로알킬, 피리딜, 피리내메틸, 펜에틸, 하나 또는 두개의 탄소원자를 지시는 시아노알킬, 메톡시에틸, 1-메톡시메틸-프로필, 페닐; C1내지 C4-알킬, C1내지 C4-알콕시, 니트로, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 알릴 및 메톡시카르보닐의 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 페닐, 벤질, 메틸, 니트로, 메톡시 또는 클로로 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 벤질, α-메틸벤질, X가 산소 또는일때 할로겐으로 치환되는 C1내지 C6-알킬, 디메틸아미노로 치환되는 C2또는 C3-알킬, 푸로푸릴 또는 티에틸메틸이며, R3은 수소, C1내지 C4-알킬, 시아노메틸, 메톡시카르보닐메틸 또는 1-프로폭시카르보닐-에틸 및 보조제임.)
  12. 일반식(I) 화합물의 살균적으로 효과적인 양을 식물 또는 토양에 적용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 식물 또는 토양의 박테리아를 제어하기 위한 방법.
    (상기식, X은 산소, 황 또는R1은 3-피리딜 또는 4-피리딜 R2은 C1내지 C12-알킬, C3또는 C4-알켄일, C1또는 C2-알킬로 치환될 수 있는 C5또는 C6-시클로알킬, 피리딜, 피리딜메틸, 펜에틸, 하나 또는 두개의 탄소원자를 지니는 시아노알킬, 메톡시에틸, 1-메톡시메틸 프로필, 페닐, C1내지 C4-알킬, C1내지 C4-알콕시, 니트로, 할로겐, 트리플루오로메틸, 알릴 및 메톡시카르보닐의 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 페닐, 벤질, 메틸, 니트로, 메톡시 또는 클로로 하나 또는 그 이상으로 치환되는 벤질, α-메틸벤질, X가 산소 또는일때 할로겐으로 치환되는 C1내지 C6-알킬, 디메틸아미노로 치환되는 C2또는 C3-알킬, 푸트푸릴 또는 디에틸메틸이며, R3은 수소, C1내지 C4-알킬, 시아노메틸, 메톡시카르보닐메틸 또는 1-프로폭시-카르보닐-에틸이다.)
