Claims (13)

  1. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘,
  3. 상기식에서, Z는 치환된 페닐그룹; 또는 질소원자, 산소 원자 및 황원자중에서 선택되는 하나이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 임의 치환된 5-원 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고, R은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬이고, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, 임의 치환된 저급 알킬 그룹, 저급 알케닐 그룹, 저급 알키닐 그룹, 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹 또는 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹이고, R3는 수소 원자, 임의 치환된 알킬 그룹, 저급 알케닐 그룹, 저급 알키닐 그룹, 저급 알킬 그룹으로 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬 그룹, 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹, 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹 또는, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고, n은 0 또는 1이다.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, Z는 할로겐으로 치환된 페닐; 하나 또는 2개의 질소원자를 함유하며 할로겐 원자 또는 저급 알킬그룹으로 임의 치환되는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹; 또는 하나 또는 2개의 질소 원자 및 황원자 또는 산소원자를 함유하며 할로겐 원자 또는 저급 알킬 그룹으로 임의 치환된 5-원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고; R은 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자; 할로겐, 시아노 또는 트리플루오로메틸로 임의 치환된 저급 알킬 그룹; 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 그룹; 알릴 그룹; 프로파르길 그룹; 할로겐 또는 시아노로 임의 치환된 페닐그룹; 할로겐으로 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹; 3-피리밀메틸 그룹 또는 2-클로로-5-피리딜메틸 그룹이고, R3는 C1-C4알킬 그룹; 알릴 그룹; 프로파르길 그룹; 메틸로 임의 치환된 C5-C6사이클로알킬 그룹; 할로겐 또는 저급 알킬로 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹; 할로겐 또는 저급 알킬로 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹; 또는 2-클로로-5-피리딜메틸 그룹이고, n은 0 또는 1인 5-니트로-테트라하이드로 피리미딘.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항에 있어서, Z는 3-피리딜 그룹 또는 2-클로로-5-피리딜 그룹이고, R은 수소원자이고, R1및 R2는 수소원자 또는 메틸 그룹이고, R3는 C1-C12알킬 그룹, 알릴 그룹, 사리클로헥실 그룹, 저급 알킬로 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹, 불소 또는 염소로 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹 또는 2-클로로-5-피리딜메틸 그룹이고, n은 1은 5-니트로 -테트라하이드로피리미딘.
  6. a)일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 포름알데히드 및 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나; b)일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅴ)와 반응시켜 알반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘을 제조하는 방법.
  8. 상기식에서, z는 치환된 페닐 그룹; 또는 질소 원자, 산소원자 및 황원자중에서 선택되는 하나이상의 헤테로원자를 함유하는 임의 치환된 5-원 또는 6-원 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고, R은 수소원자 또는 저급알킬이고, R1및 R2는 각각 수소원자, 임의 치환된 저급 알킬 그룹, 저급 알케닐 그룹, 저급 알키닐 그룹, 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹 또는 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹이고, R3는 수소 원자, 임의 치환된 알킬 그룹, 저급 알케닐 그룹, 저급알키닐 그룹, 저급 알킬 그룹으로 임의 치환된 사이클로알킬 그룹, 임의 치환된 페닐 그룹, 임의 치환된 벤질 그룹 또는, 임의 치환된 헤테로사이클릭 그룹이고,n은 0 또는 1이다.
  9. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘 화합물 하나이상을 함유함을 특징으로 하는 살충 조성물.
  10. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘 화합물을 해충 및/또는 그들의 서식지에 작용하도록함을 특징으로 하여, 해충을 박멸하는 방법.
  11. 해충을 박멸하기 위한 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘의 용도.
  12. 일반식(Ⅰ)의 5-니트로-테트라하이드로피리미딘 화합물을 중량제 및/또는 표면 활성제와 혼합함을 특징으로 하여, 살충 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
