Claims (21)

  1. 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물 및 그의 토오토머, 그리고 하기 일반식(I)의 화합물의 염:
    상기식에서, R1및 R3각각은 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 벤질 또는 피콜일이거나; 또는 R1및 R2가 함께 -(CH2)2- 또는 -(CH2)3-라디칼이거나, 또는 R2및 R3가 함께 -(CH2)|4- 또는 -(CH2)5- 라디칼이고 ;X는 할로겐이고 ; 그리고 n은 0,1,2 또는 3이며, 단 N-피콜일 -N′-메틸-N-메틸-N′-시아노구아니딘 및 N-피콜일-N″- 시아노구아니딘은 예외이다.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서, R1및 R3각각이 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C|4알킬이고 ; R2가 수소, C1-C4알킬, 벤질 또는 피콜이거나 ; 또는 R2및 R3가 서로 -(CH2)4-또는 -(CH2)5- 라디칼이고; X가 할로겐이며, 그리고 n이 0,1,2 또는 3인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서, R1및 R3가 수소 또는 메틸이고; R2가 수소, C1-C4알킬 또는 벤질이거나 ; 또는 R1및 R2가 함께 -(CH2)3- 라디칼이며 ; 또는 R2및 R3가 함께 -(CH2)5- 라디칼이고; X가 염소이며, 그리고 n이 0,1 또는 2인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  4. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, n이 0인 화합물
  5. 제1항 내지 제3항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R1이 수소 또는 메틸이고 ; R2가 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R3가 수소, 메틸 또는 에틸이고; 그리고 n이 0,1 또는 2인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  6. 제1항 내지 제4항중 어느 하나에 있어서, R1및 R2가 함께 -(CH2)2- 라디칼이고, n이 0,1 또는 2인 일반식(I)의 화합물.
  7. 제1항 내지 제6항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 피리딜 라디칼이 피리드-3-일 또는 피리드-4-일인 일반식(I)의 화합물.

  13. a) 하기일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물 하기 일반식(Ⅲ) 또는 (Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키거나 : 또는 b) R2및 R3가 수소인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조를 위해 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 디시안이미드와 반응시키거나 ; 또는 c) R1및 R2가 함께 -(CH2)|2-또는 -(CH2)3- 라디칼인 일반식(Ⅰ) 화합물의 제조를 위해 하기 일반식(Ⅱa)의 화합물을 하기 일반식 (Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키고, 필요한 경우 a), b) 또는 c) 에서 얻어진 일반식(Ⅰ) 의 화합물 또는 그의 염의 제조방법:
    상기식에서, R1및 R3는 서로 독립적으로 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고: R2는 수소, C1-C4알킬, 벤질 또는 피콜이고 ; 또는 R2및 R3가 함께 -(CH2)4- 또는 -(CH2)5- 라디칼이고 ; X가 할로겐이고 ; n이 0,1,2 또는 3이고; Y1및 Y|2가 제거가능한 이탈이기고 ; m이 2 또는 3이다.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 공정a) 또는 b)가 일반식(Ⅱ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅴ)의 분리가능한 중간체를 형성시킨 다음, 그 중간체를 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법:
    상기식에서, R1, Y2,X 및 n은 상기에서 정의한 바와 같다.
  15. 하기일반식(V)의 화합물:
    상기식에서, R1은 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고, Y2는 제거가능한 이탈기이며,X는 할로겐이고, 그리고 n은 0,1,2 또는 3이다.
  16. 제13항에 있어서, 공정 a) 또는 b) 가 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물을 일반식(Ⅳ)의 화합물과 반응시켜 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 중간체를 형성시킨 다음, 이 중간체를 일반식(Ⅲ)의 화합물과 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 방법:
    상기식에서, R2,R3및 Y2는 제13항에서 정의한 바와같다.
  17. 하기 일반식(Ⅵ)의 화합물:
    상기식에서, R2는 수소,C1-C4알킬, 벤질 또는 피콜일고 ; R3는 수소 또는 C1-C4알킬이고 ; R2및 R3는 함께 -(CH2)4- 또는 -(CH2)5- 라디칼을 형성하며 ;Y2는 제거가능한 이탈이기다.
  18. 아카리나 목의 대표류와 해충을 방제하기 위한 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)화합물의 용도.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 벼작물에서 갉아먹는 곤충해충을 방제하기 위한 용도.
  20. 활성성분으로서 제1항 내지 제12항의 어느 하나에 따른 일반식(Ⅰ)의 화합물중 적어도 하나를 포함하는 아카리나목의 해충 및 곤충 해충을 방제하기 위한 조성물.
  21. 여러 성장단계의 해충 또는 그 서식지를 제1항 내지 제12항중 어느 하나에 따른 일반식(I) 화합물의 살충유효량 또는 보조제 및 담체와 함께 상기 화합물의 살충 유효량을 포함하는 제20항에 따른 조성물로 처리 또는 접촉시키는 아카리나목의 대표류 및 해충을 방제하는 방법.
