Claims (23)

  1. 하기식에서 표시되는 화합물.
    〔식중, R1은 트리플루오로메틸기 또는 펜타플루오로 에틸기이고, R2는 메틸기 또는 아미노기이며, Q는 하기식 Q1∼Q3의 하나이다. (단 Q가 Q3인 경우, R2는 메틸기를 나타낸다.)
    (식중, R3는 수소원자 또는 메틸기이고, R4, R5및 R6는 각각 C1∼C7알킬기, C3∼C7알켄일기, C3∼C7알켄일기, 할로(C1∼C6)알킬기, 할로(C3∼C6)알켄일기 또는 C1∼C4알콕시(C1∼C3)알킬기이며, X는 수소원자 또는 플루오르원자이고, Y는 산소원자 또는 항원자이다.)〕
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 하기식으로 표시되는 화합물.
