제1도는 이 발명에 따르는 노즐의 측면단면도,
제2도는 제2의 매질을 가지는 다이캐스팅 과정의 여러가지의 단계에 있는 노즐침의 단부위치의 측면단면도임.
Claims (9)
- 예를 들면 개스, 액체 또는-발포성의 또는 비발포성의- 또 다른 합성수지 융체와 같은 제2매질을 이미 부분적으로 또는 완전히 다이캐스팅형내에 분사된 제1의 합성수지융체의 내부에로 들여 보내기 위한 다이캐스팅용 노즐에 있어서, 노즐(7)의 형측으로 출구도관(19)과 그리고 이 출구도관과 주어진 경우에는 형표면(2)까지 동열을 이루면서 계속되는 노즐을 반송하고 있는 형공구(1)내의 하나의 구멍(6)이 동심으로 배열되어 있으며 출구도관(19)의 내지 구멍(6)의 벽에 대하여도 서로 꽉들어맞게 축방향에서도 이동 가능한 2개의 중공침(23,29)으로된 하나의 배열을 안내하며 여기서 내부의 중공침(23)은 그의 형측의 단부에서 폐쇄되어 있으며 그러나 이에 대하여는 그의 형측 단부의 상부에 그의 측벽에 하나 혹은 다수의 출구개구(들)(32)을 가지며 양 중공침(23,29)의 단부면(30,31)은 바로 다음의 형표면(2)의 수준으로 동시의 인출시에는 이 형표면을 거의 장해없이 보충하는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제1항에 있어서, 내부의 중공침(23)은 실로 특히 출구개구들(32)이 출구도관(19)의 내지 구멍(6)의 범위에서 형표면들(2,4)사이의 거의 중간 높이에 그들의 작업점에 도달하도록 하는 방법으로 형공극(3)내에로 인출되어질수 있는것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 제1항 또는 제2항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부의 중공침(29)는 적어도 다음에 있는 형표면(2)의 수준에까지 인출되어질 수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제3항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 내부의 중공침(23)은 수압적으로 또는 공압적으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제4항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 앞의 제1항 내지 제5항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부의 중공침(29)은 수압적으로 또는 공압적으로 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제6항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 외부의 중공침(29)은 스톱퍼로부터 스프링(18)의 저항력에 대하여 이동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제7항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 출구도관(19)의 및/혹은 구멍(6)의 벽은 가열장치(33)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제8항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 출구도관(19)의 및/또는 구멍(6)의 벽은 특수한 단열부(34)가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.
- 앞의 제1항 내지 제9항중의 하나의 항에 있어서, 노즐은 형공구내에 내부나사선을 갖춘 구멍(5)내에로 일체로 나사 결합되거나 그러한 구멍(5)으로부터 해체되어질수 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 노즐.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
