제4도는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 2개의 접속부재에 의해 형성된 와이어컨넥터의 사시도.
제5도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 있어서 인쇄회로기판상에 형성된 접속부재의 수직단면도
제6도 및 제7도는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 접속부재의 사시도.
Claims (15)
- 접속홈을 갖춘 적어도 하나의 전도성 접속부를 구비하여 구성된 통신시스템의 케이블와이어와 같은 전기전도체용 접속부재에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)가 절연물질로 형성되면서 그 표면중 일부에 금속피복층(6,16,28,32,47,52)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)에는 피복이 벗겨진 전기전도체(2)의 도체코아(11)를 수납하기 위한 원뿔형의 좁은 접속홈(3)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속홈(3)을 갖춘 상기 접속부(4)가 캐리어엘레멘트 (9)상에 다수개 나란히 형성되면서 상기 접속홈(3)과 면하는 부분에는 다른 금속피복층과 분리된 금속피복층(6)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)가 인쇄회로기관의 돌출부(7)에 배치되면서 상기 인쇄회로기판과 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제2항에 있어서, 하나의 접속홈(3)을 갖춘 접속부(4) 2쌍이 접속부(10)를 이루어 캐리어엘레멘트(9')상에 형성되고, 상기 접속부(10)에는 와이어컨넥터를 형성하기 위해 서로 전기적으로 연결되어진 금속피복층(6)이 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)에는 전기전도체(2)의 피복(12)을 절단하기 위해 서로 대향되는 컷팅부(13)가 형성되면서, 이 컷팅부(13)가 절연물질로 형성됨과 더불어 금속피복층(16)으로 피복되어 있는것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 컷팅부(13)가 삼각형으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 컷팅부(13)가 탄력적으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 컷팅부(13)가 절연물질로 이루어져 각편(角片)으로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(14)에는 전기전도체(2)용 접속부(14) 사이의 통로(20)내에 접속지지부재(22)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 접속지지부재(22)가 플라스틱 재질의 인쇄회로기판위에 이 인쇄회로기판과 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)에는 금속으로 피복된 컷팅부(25)가 형성됨과 더불어 V자형 개방각(26)을 갖는 엣지부(27)가 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)가 금속피복층(32)을 갖추고서 인쇄회로기판(30)의 가장자리부에 빗살형태로 형성되어 있는 결합홈(31)의 양측에 형성되고, U자형 잠금부재 (35)가 두 레그(36,37)에 대해 경사지게 형성된 홈(38) 을 갖추고서 상기 인쇄회로기판(30)의 가장자리부에 끼워져서 전기전도체(2)를 절연분리시켜 접속시키도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제13항에 있어서, 상기 결합홈(31)이 상기 인쇄회로기판(30)의 양쪽 가장자리부위에 형성됨과 더불어, 상기 두 U자형 잠굼부재(35)가 하우징의 뚜껑(40)내에 지지설치되어, 상기 잠금부재(35)가 인쇄회로기판(30)의 양 가장자리부에 미끄러져 결합됨에 따라 상기 하우징이 닫혀지도록 된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 접속부(4)가 금속피복층(52)을 갖추고서 인쇄회로기판(50)의 구멍(51) 양측에 형성되고, 이 구멍(51)안에는 전기전도체(2)를 눌러끼워주기 위한 푸쉬버튼형 잠금부재(53)가 끼워지도록된 것을 특징으로 하는 전기전도체용 접속부재.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
