Abstract
本发明涉及导线2用的特别是电信系统中电缆导线用的一种接触件,该接触件包括两个具有接触槽3、23、38的导电接触部分4、14、24。
为简化包括各接触件的部件的制造和组装并降低其成本,用绝缘材料制成各接触部分4、14、24且将其表面6、16、32、47、52加以金属化。
Description
本发明涉及导线用的特别是电信系统中的电缆导线用的一种接触件,该接触件包括至少一个带一个接触槽的导电接触部分。
作为电信系统的元件,例如连接器和断路器排、导线接插件、印刷电路板等等,导线接触件是特别需要的。这里,接触件通常是由导电的金属材料制成,并且是插入绝缘材料制成的元件中的。作为连接器和断路器排以及导线接插件用的绝缘材料通常采用热塑性塑料,而印刷电路板则采用以纸为主要原料且浸渍人造树脂或玻璃纤维增强的人造树脂的板。这里通常需要有两个部件,即绝缘材料制成的底座部分和插在底座部分的金属接触件,这是不利的。因此已知的这些导线接触件制造和装配起来既复杂成本又高。
所以本发明是基于这样一个目的,即提供上述那种接触件,但制造起来既容易而又经济,而且简化了包括各接触件在内的各部件并降低了其制造成本。
这个目的是通过下列措施达到的,即接触部分用绝缘材料制成,并将其表面加以金属化。根据本发明,接触件的接触部分由绝缘材料制成,最好是由部件本身的绝缘材料制成,并将其表面加以金属化。这样就能以简单而经济的方法生产导线的接触件,这个方法特别是想供制造电信系统的元件而用。接触件最好是由共同的绝缘材料制成,并与部件制成一整体,然后将接触部分的表面加以金属化。
本发明的接触件特别适合与印刷电路板配用,这样做时,本发明的接触件可与印刷电路板制成一整体。此外本发明的接触件用作制造导线接插件大有好处。在接插件中,剥了皮的导线可以夹在狭窄的锥形接触部分。
作为一种特别好的方式,各接触部分具有接触槽的切边,该切边由绝缘材料制成,其表面加以金属化。未剥皮的导线压入和固定在接触槽中时,切边切入导线的包皮中,从而在金属化表面与导线芯之间形成电接触。
本发明其它实施例的优点体现在下列各方面;
接触部分设有狭窄的锥形接触槽,供容纳剥了皮的导线之用;
有若干接触部分并排配置在一个承载件上,每个接触部分都具有一接触槽,各毗邻接触槽的接触部分的表面都加以金属化,各表面彼此间呈电绝缘;
各接触部分配置在印刷电路板的一些凸起上,且与印刷电路板构成一整体;
其间具有一接触槽的两对接触部分系配置在一承载件上,且该对接触部分的表面经过金属化,彼此成电接触,以形成一导线接插件;
为了使各接触部分切入导线的包皮中,设置了绝缘材料制成的相对切边,其表面加以金属化;
上述切边呈三角形;
上述切边具有弹性;
上述具有弹性的切边由绝缘材料的角形件制成;
各接触部分位于导线夹持件之间的夹持槽内的接触臂上;
各接触臂设置在一塑料印刷电路板上,并与印刷电路板构成一整体;
各接触部分被制成为接触件的金属化边缘,该边缘带有处于一V形张角下的预切边;
表面加以金属化的各接触部分系配置在一印刷电路板边缘的具有梳子状的夹持槽两侧,且具有一U形锁定件,其两臂上彼此交错地设有槽,该锁定件可锁定在印刷电路板的边缘部分,从而可使导线的转接点绝缘;
在印刷电路板的两相对边上,设有若干夹持槽,且两个U形锁定件支撑在外壳的两个半壳内,使锁定件在滑入印刷电路板的两边时将外壳封闭起来;
具有金属化表面的接触部分设置在印刷电路板的钻孔的对边上,且设有一按钮式锁定件,使之可将导线压入钻孔中。
下面根据导线接触件的六个实施例详细说明本发明的内容。

导线2用的特别是电信系统电缆导线用的接触件1包括两个导电接触部分4,两个接触部分4之间有一个接触槽3,所述接触部分由绝缘材料5制成,其表面6加以金属化。绝缘材料5被制成方块形凸起7,凸起7之间有V形接触槽3,接触槽3的底部8是扁平的。V形接触槽3的侧面和凸起7的毗邻部分有金属表面6,形成接触部分4。金属化表面6是由导电金属材料汽相淀积或电解淀积在绝缘材料5的表面上形成的。
如图1所示,导线2的芯线11经剥皮后夹持在狭窄的V形锥接触槽3中,因此芯线11与金属表面6之间形成电接触连接,然后以图中没有更详细表示出来的方式通到导电部分的某一点上。
根据图2,承载件9上有凸起7,该承载件可由一印刷电路板构成。根据图3,有若干接触部分4并排配置在承载件9上,每个接触部分之间都有一接触槽3,各毗邻接触槽3的接触部分4的表面6、6′、6″、6″′都加以金属化,但是彼此间呈电绝缘。该接触件1也可配置在由承载件9形成的印刷电路板上。代表印刷电路板的承载件9的凸起7系与所述承载件9构成一个整体。
根据图4,其间具有接触槽3的两对接触部分4(总编号为10)系配置在一承载件9′上,且其表面加以金属化,彼此之间成电连接,以形成一导线接插件(图4)。
到此为止所述的第一实施例的各接触件,需要事先将导线2加以剥皮,从而使芯线11暴露出来,然后将该芯线夹在接触件1的接触槽3中。这里,接触槽3的侧面能借摩擦接触将芯线11夹持住。另一方面,也可以将芯线11与金属化接触部分4焊接起来。上述接触件1事实上已在塑料印刷电路板上有效使用,可以与各凸起7同时制成。金属化表面6是用电镀等方法做成的,可与印刷电路板上的电气接线一起制成。
下面谈到的接触件的一些实施例不需要将导线2加以剥皮,而是做成一些绝缘的转接点,导线2无需剥皮连接到该绝缘的转接点上。这样,例如,在图5至图8所示的第二实施例中,相对的切边13系由绝缘材料15制成,其表面16加以金属化,供切入导线2的包皮12之中。所述各切边呈三角形,且与构成接触件的承载件19的绝缘材料15形成一个整体。由于三角形切边13系与接触件的绝缘材料15构成一个整体,因而各切边13可设计得较低且具有一定的弹性加载形式。为使各切边13做成具有所希望的可容许的弹性挠曲作用,这些切边也可以由无切口的三角形塑料件制成。在两种情况下,必须使三角形的切边13在切入导线2的包皮12之后以夹持/弹性的方式靠在芯线11上,于是金属化表面16与芯线11接触,从而形成电接触连接。
如图5所示,可以在各切边13之间的凸起17中配置留空的间隙18,所述的凸起与承载件19的绝缘材料15形成为一个整体。
如图6所示,形成接触部分14的相对配置的切边13处在绝缘材料15制成的通道20中,每个通道20都可插入一导线2。两个通道20的金属化表面16彼此电连接,从而构成一导线接插件。通道20的自由端插有切割刀21,当用一工具(图中未示出)将导线2压入切边13中时,切割刀21同时将导线2切断。
根据图7,还可以另设由接触件的绝缘材料15制成的连接器舌片22。
图8示出两个相对配置的切边13,该切边切入导线2的包皮12中使其金属化表面16与芯线11电接触。
根据图9至12所示的第三实施例,各接触部分24被制成为接触件的金属化边缘25,边缘25带有处于V形张角26下的预切边27。第三实施例的接触件是供插入连接器和断路器排或插头的塑料体中用的,也可以与连接器和断路器排或插头做成一个整体。各边25的接触部分24其表面都加以金属化。这些表面都通到图中未示出的一个接线点上。以图中未示出的方式,第三实施例的接触件也可包含两个或两个以上的接触槽23,各接触槽23的接触部分24通过公共金属化表面28彼此相连。
图13至16所示接触件的第四实施例包括一印刷电路板30,印刷电路板30的两边具有梳子状的夹持槽31,夹持槽的横截面呈矩形。夹持槽31至少其内侧部分具有金属化表面32,金属化表面32通过电气接线33与装在印刷电路板30中心的插头34的各接点相连接。在印刷电路板30的两边各插有一个U形锁定件35,锁定件35的两臂36、37彼此交错地设有槽38。U形锁定件35可锁定在印刷电路板30的两边,从而可使导线2的转接点绝缘。夹持槽31的各边切入导线2的包皮12中,从而使其金属化的表面32与导线2的芯线11形成导电性的接触。
图16为一个U形锁定件35的顶视图,该U形锁定件35的内部具有纵向槽39,其两臂36、37上有一些倾斜延伸的沟槽38。未经剥皮的导线2插入沟槽38中,与纵向槽39成一定角度,当纵向槽39插入带有夹持槽31的印刷电路板30的两边时,就完成了带有绝缘的电转接。
图14示出在外壳两半壳40中U形锁定件35的配置方式,该U形锁定件35制成使其在滑入印刷电路板30的两边时两个半壳40形成的外壳正好闭合。
图17和18示出了接触件的第五实施例,该接触件由一梳子状的印刷电路板41和一插在印刷电路板41的自由边缘部分并锁定在印刷电路板41的闩销43后面的锁定件42构成。为使其具有弹性作用,印刷电路板41上有闩销43的部位开有平行于边缘的纵向槽44,从而使印刷电路板41的不切割的外臂45具有弹性。
在印刷电路板41中,在外缘的纵向槽44之间另外设有接触槽46,该接触槽46的表面47加以金属化,并一直延伸到接触槽46内。
锁定件42设有纵向槽48和横向钻孔49,横向钻孔49与纵向槽成一定角度,导线2可插进所述横向钻孔中。将印刷电路板41压入锁定件42中时,接触槽46的边缘切入导线2的包皮12中,从而在芯线11与印刷电路板41金属化的表面之间形成电接触。也可以不设横向钻孔49而设沟槽,供插入导线2之用。
图19至22所示接触件的第六个实施例包括一印刷电路板50,印刷电路板50上设有表面52金属化了的钻孔51。为将导线2压入钻孔51中,设了一个按钮式锁定元件,该锁定元件包括一按压表面54、在按压表面54反面的前面的一个接收槽55和闩销56,闩销与按压表面54边缘的距离大致相当于印刷电路板50的厚度。
将未剥皮的导线2插入按钮式锁定件53中的接收槽55中,然后按压按压表面54使之压入钻孔51中,如图19所示。于是导线2就变成U字形,钻孔51的锐边切入芯线11中,金属化表面52与导线芯线11形成电接触。闩销56穿过钻孔51时嵌入印刷电路板50的后侧,从而保证了接点的连接。
Claims (15)
1、导线用的特别是电信系统中电缆导线用的一种接触件,包括至少一个带一个接触槽的导电接触部分,其特征在于,该接触部分(4)用绝缘材料制成,且将其表面(6,16,28,32,47,52)加以金属化。
2、根据权利要求1所述的接触件,其特征在于,所述接触部分(4)设有狭窄的锥形接触槽(3),供容纳剥了皮的导线(2)之用。
3、根据权利要求2所述的接触件,其特征在于,有若干接触部分(4)并排配置在一个承载件(5)上,每个接触部分都具有一接触槽(3),各毗邻接触槽(3)的接触部分(4)的表面(6)都加以金属化,各表面彼此间呈电绝缘。
4、根据权利要求1或2的接触件,其特征在于,各接触部分(4)配置在印刷电路板的一些凸起(7)上,且与印刷电路板构成一整体。
5、根据权利要求2所述的接触件,其特征在于,其间具有一接触槽(3)的两对(10)接触部分(4)系配置在一承载件(9′)上,且该对接触部分的表面(6)经过金属化,彼此成电接触,以形成一导线接插件。
6、根据1至5任一权利要求所述的接触件,其特征在于,为了使各接触部分(4)切入导线(2)的包皮(12)中,设置了绝缘材料制成的相对切边(13),其表面(16)加以金属化。
7、根据权利要求6所述的接触件,其特征在于,所述切边(13)呈三角形。
8、根据权利要求7所述的接触件,其特征在于,所述切边(13)具有弹性。
9、根据权利要求8所述的接触件,其特征在于,所述具有弹性的切边(13)由绝缘材料的角形件制成。
10、根据1至9任一权利要求所述的接触件,其特征在于,各接触部分(4)位于导线(2)夹持件之间的夹持槽内的接触臂上。
11、根据权利要求10所述的接触件,其特征在于,各接触臂设置在一塑料印刷电路板上,并与印刷电路板构成一整体。
12、根据1至11任一权利要求所述的接触件,其特征在于,各接触部分(24)被制成为接触件的金属化边缘(25),该边缘带有处于一V形张角(26)下的预切边(27)。
13、根据1至12任一权利要求所述的接触件,其特征在于,表面(32)加以金属化的各接触部分(4)系配置在一印刷电路板(30)边缘的具有梳子状的夹持槽(31)两侧,且具有一U形锁定件(35),其两臂(36,37)上彼此交错地设有槽(38),该锁定件可锁定在印刷电路板(30)的边缘部分,从而可使导线(2)的转接点绝缘。
14、根据权利要求13所述的接触件,其特征在于,所述夹持槽(31)配置在印刷电路板(30)的两相对边缘上,且两个U形锁定件(35)支撑在外壳的两个半壳(40)内,使锁定件(35)在滑入印刷电路板(30)的两边时将外壳封闭起来。
15、根据1至12任一权利要求所述的接触件,其特征在于,具有金属化表面(32,52)的接触部分(4)设置在印刷电路板(50)的钻孔(51)的对边上,且设有一按钮式锁定件(53),使之可将导线(2)压入钻孔(51)中。
