제1도는, 띠모양으로 리일(reel)이 감겨져 있는, 본 발명의 콘넥터를 제조하기 위한 전기콘넥터의 사시도. 제2도는 콘넥트의 따의 일부분의 사시도. 제3도는, 띠의 전기콘텍트에 절연하우징을 성형한 콘텍트띠의 일부분의 사시도, 제4도는, 제3도의 횡단면도.

Claims (10)

  1. 가요성 프린트 케이블을 회로 기판에 접속시키는 전기 콘넥터에 있어서 : 절연하우징이 하우징의 양측면에 고정된 전기 콘텍트 부재를 가지며, 콘텍트 부재가, 가요성 프린트 케이블의 일부분이 하우징내에 위치될 때 상기 케이블의 노출된 도선들에 전기적인 접속을 위한 접촉부를 상기 하우징 내부에 갖고 : 커버 부재가 하우징에 회전 운동하게 설치되어 케이블을 하우징에 배치될 수 있게 하는 열려진 위치에서 상기 접촉부가 전기적으로 케이블의 노출된 도선들과 맞물리게 하는 닫혀진 위치로 이동되고 : 랫치수단이 커버 부재와 하우징에 마련되어 커버 부재를 상기 닫혀진 우치에서 걸려 있게 하고 : 및 콘텍트 부재의 다리부 부재가 하우징으로부터 바깥쪽으로 뻗어서 다리부 부재 중 일부가 회로 기판의 도전부 회로 기판의 금속부 지역에 기계적으로 접속되는 것으로 구성되는 전기 콘넥터.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 다리부 부재가 하우징의 바닥을 따라 뻗는 고정부들을 갖는 전기 콘넥터.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 다리부 부재가, 고정부 중 일부는 하우징의 바닥을 따라 뻗는 한편 고정부 중 다른 것들은 하우징으로부터 바깥쪽으로 하우징의 바닥면과 동일한 평면에 뻗는 고정부를 갖는 전기 콘넥터.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 다리부 부재가, 회로판의 구멍에 배치되게 하기 위하여 하우징의 각 측면에 평행하게 뻗는 고정부를 갖는 전기 콘넥터.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 다리부 부재가, 고정부 중 일부는 하우징으로부터 바깥쪽으로 하우징의 바닥면과 동일한 평면에 뻗는 한편 고정부 중 다른 것은 하우징의 측면에 평행하게 뻗는 고정부를 갖는 전기 콘텍터.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 다리부 부재가, 고정부 중 일부는 하우징으로부터 바깥쪽으로 하우징의 바닥면과 동일한 평면에 뻗는 한편 고정부 중 다른 것은 절단되는 고정부를 갖는 전기 콘텍터.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 돌출부가 회로 기판의 구멍에 삽입되게 하기 위하여 하우징의 바닥으로부터 바깥쪽으로 뻗는 전기 콘넥터.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 하우징이 피벗 돌출부를 갖고 상기 커버 부재가 상기 피벗 돌출부가 배치되는 직사각형의 구멍을 갖어서 상기 커버 부재가 하우징을 따라 미끄러져 이동될 수 있도록 한 전기 콘넥터.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 랫치수단이, 하우징의 앞쪽에 있는 표면부와 맞물리는 안쪽으로 향한 돌출부를 커버부재의 다리부의 끝 부분에 포함하는 전기 콘넥터.
  10. 제1항에 있어서, 랫치수단이 커버 부재와 하우징의 랫치 돌출부를 포함하는 전기 콘넥터.
