Abstract

본 발명은 각각의 단자가 단자내에 형성된 이격된 단자 슬릿 배열(34)를 가지는 도전성 재료로 된 스트립을 포함하는 하우징내에 장착된 적어도 하나의 단자(14,16)과 덮개(12)와 절연 하우징(10)을 포함하는 도선접속 장치에 관한 것이다. 각각의 슬릿 배열은 단자내에 삽압된 도선이나 핀의 파지에 알맞은 다수의 설부(40,42)를 형성한다. 도선 수용 구멍(23)은 하우징의 벽을 관통하여 연장되고, 그리고 핀 수용 구멍(30)은 각각의 도선과 함께 덮개를 관통해 연장되어 단자 슬릿 배열과 정렬된다.

Claims (10)

  1. 유전성 기부 하우징과 하우징 내에 장착된 적어도 하나의 도전성 단자를 포함하는 도선 접속 장치에 있어서, 상기 각 단자가 단자 안으로 삽입되는 도선의 파지에 알맞은 한 세트의 이격된 설부를 형성하는 다수의 단자 슬릿 배열을 가지는 단자 스트립을 포함하고, 기부 하우징이 적어도 하나의 단자 슬릿 배열과 정렬되는 도선 수용 구멍을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서, 각 단자는 대략 L자 형상이고 한 단자 슬릿 배열이 단자 스트립의 각 평면부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  3. 제 1 항에 있어서, 하우징 위에 장착되고 적어도 하나의 단자 슬릿 배열과 정렬되는 핀 수용 구멍을 포함하는 덮개도 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  4. 제 2 항에 있어서, 기부 하우징이 박스형이고 하우징 내에 단자를 유지하고 위치를 정하는 일체형 벽부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서, 덮개는 단자의 평면부의 일부를 유지하는 내면 위의 단자 지지체와, 적어도 하나의 단자 슬릿 배열의 설부가 단자 스트립의 평면으로부터 벗어나게 설부를 유지시키고 핀 수용 구명에 인접한 단자 지지체에 의해 성형된 영역내의 내향 연장 경사면을 또한 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  6. 제 4 항에 있어서, 기부 하우징 외벽이 도선을 도선 수용 구멍 안으로 안내하여 단자 슬릿 배열의 설부에 의해 밀착 결합되게 하는 외향 연장 도선 수용 소켓을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 도선 접속 장치.
  7. 도선 접속 장치에 사용되는 전기 단자에 있어서, 단자 안으로 삽입되는 도선이나 핀의 파지에 알맞은 한 세트의 설부를 각각 형성하는 다수의 이격된 단자 슬릿 배열을 포함하는 도전성 물질의 단자 슬릿을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  8. 제 7 항에 있어서, 단자가 대략 L자 형태이고 하나의 단자 슬릿 배열이 스트립의 각각의 분리 평면부에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  9. 제 8 항에 있어서, 각각의 단자 슬릿 배열이 제 1연장 슬롯과 제 1 슬롯이 직각으로 연장되고 단자의 도선 파지 설부를 형성하는 제 2 슬롯을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
  10. 제 9 항에 있어서, 단자 스트립의 평면부 위의 단자 슬릿 배열의 제 2슬롯이 단자 스트립의 다른 평면부 위의 단자 슬릿 배열의 제 2 슬롯에 대해 정렬되지 않게 형성됨으로써, 단자 스트립의 한 평면부 위의 단자 슬릿 배열의 제 2 슬롯에 삽입된 제 1 도선이나 핀이 단자 스트립의 다른 평면부위의 단자 슬릿 배열의 제 2 슬롯에 삽입된 제 2 도선이나 핀을 방해하지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 단자.
