Claims (3)
- 클러치 외륜의 내측에 끼워 통한 출력측을 상기 클러치 외륜에 회전자유롭게 지지하고, 또 외륜의 내측에 입력축을 삽입하여, 출력축과 연결시키고, 상기 클러치 외륜의 내경면에 제1캠걸어맞춤면을 출력축의 외경면에 제2캠걸어맞춤면을 설치하고, 1쌍의 베어링을 설치하여, 그 한쪽이 출력축을 지지하고, 다른쪽이 출력축 혹은 입력축을 지지하도록하여, 그 캠걸어맞춤면 사이에 클러치 외륜과 출력축의 상대적인 회전시에 상기 캠걸어맞춤면에 캠걸어맞춤하는 캠부재를 조립하고, 클러치 외륜과 출력축과의 사이에 조립된 유지기를 설치하고, 그 유지기에는 상기 캠부재의 수용용의 포켓을 형성하고, 포켓내에는, 캠부재가 포켓벽면과 걸어맞춤하는 방향으로 캠부재를 편향하는 탄성체를 조립하고, 상기 클러치 외륜과 출력축의 어느 쪽이든 한쪽을 입력축에 대해서 회전방향 틈새를 갖고 걸어맞춤하고, 이 서로가 걸어맞춤하는 양부재 사이에, 그 양부재를 상기 회전방향 틈새의 중립위치에 유지함과 동시에, 설정토오크를 초과하는 회전력이 부여되었을때 상기 회전방향 틈새가 없어질 때까지 탄성변형하는 토오크설정 탄성부재를 설치하고, 상기 중립위치에 있어서 캠부재가 캠걸어맞춤면의 어느 것에도 걸어맞고 있지 않고 또한 출력축이 2개의 베어링으로 지지되어, 그 출력축이 외륜에 관통하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 출력축이 상기 1쌍의 베어링에 의해 지지되어서, 외륜을 관통하고, 그 한쪽의 단벽에 축방향의 오목한 곳을 설치하고, 입력축을 상기 오목한 곳에 걸어맞도록하여, 유지기를 입력축에 연결시키고, 캠부재의 정전용 캠부재와 역전용 캠부재로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 출력축이 한쪽의 베어링에 의해 지지되고, 입력축이 다른쪽의 베어링에 의해 지지되어서, 캠부재가 스프래그이며, 양쪽의 캠걸어맞춤면이 원형이며, 스프래그의 내주면 및 외주면이 호(弧) 형상면이며, 스프래그가 경사했을때, 제1 및 제2의 캠걸어맞춤면과 걸어맞어, 유지기는 입력축과 연결된 제1유지기와, 출력축과 연결된 제2유지기로 이루어지고, 제1유지기에는 스프래그의 외주면과 걸어맞는 포켓을 형성하고, 제2유지기에는 스프래그의 내주면과 걸어맞는 포켓을 형성한 것을 특징으로 하는 클러치장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
