Claims (12)
- 중합체 내에 포함되어 있는 휘발성 물질을 제거하기 위하여 중합체를 고압하에서 추출제로써 처리함으로써 중합체를 정제하는 방법에 있어서, 용융상태의 중합체를 추출제와 접촉시키는 것을 포함하는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 중합체는 열가소성 수지인 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 용융상태의 중합체는, 중합체의 벌크 중합체적인 액체 조성물, 분말 또는 펠리트 형상의 중합체를 가열함으로써 얻어진 용융물, 또는 그들의 혼합물인 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는, 이산화탄소, 산화이질소, 이황화탄소, 지방족탄화수소, 할로겐화 탄화수소, 방향족 탄화수소, 및 그들의 혼합물로 구성되는 군중에서 선택되는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 액체상태로 사용되는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출제는 초임계적 상태로 사용되는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기내의 압력은 20 내지 500kg/㎠G의 범위내인 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기내의 온도는 추출제의 임계 온도이거나 또는 그 이상인 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출되어진 휘발성 물질은, 미반응된 단량체, 용제, 또는 올리고머와 같은 불순물인 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기들이 병렬로 배열되는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출기로서 다수개의 추출기들이 직렬로 배열되는 중합체의 정제방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 추출은 중합체 흐름과 추출제 흐름이 상호 역방향 흐름의 방식으로 수행되는 중합체의 정제방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
