Claims (10)

  1. 비닐 중합체 100중량부를 50-90중량/중량%로 포함하는 유기용매를 제조하고, 거기서 수평균 분자량 1,000-50,000을 갖는 올레핀 중합체 0.01-15중량부를 혼합하고, 0-200mmHg의 절대압력하에서 산출된 혼합물로부터 용매를 제거하는 방법에 의해 산출된 전자사진용 토오너에 사용되는 수지조성물.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 비닐 중합체의 유기용매 용액의 농도가 30-70중량%인 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매가 방향성 화합물, 케톤, 또는 에스테르인 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 120-250℃ 온도에서 용매 제거를 실시하는 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 150-220℃ 온도에서 용매 제거를 실시하는 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 진공계 내에서 산출한 혼합물을 플레싱시켜 용매제거를 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 수지 조성물.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 진공계를 0-50mmHg로 진공시키는 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 유기 용매 용액이 비닐 단량체를 용액중합, 벌크중합, 서스펜션중합 또는 그들을 병응하여 산출되는 것을 특징으로하는 수지 조성물.
  9. 제1항에서 언급한 수지 조성물을 30-95중량부, 그리고 자기 물질 또는 색소를 70-5중량부의 비율로 포함하는 전자사진용 토오너.
  10. 비닐 중합체 100부를 50-90중량/중량%로 포함하는 유기 용매 용액을 제조하고, 거기에 수평균 분자량 1,000-50,000을 갖는 올레핀 중합체 0.01-15부를 혼합시키고, 0-200mmHg에서 산출한 혼합물로부터 용매를 제거하는 일련의 과정에 의해 전자사진용 토오너에 사용되는 수지 조성물을 제조하는 방법.
