Claims (4)
- 내부착색된 필름형성 초벌피복 ; 그 초벌피목위에 도포된 투명한 중간 필름 형성피복(이 중간피복은 약 0.001 대 약 0.35의 안료대 결합제비율로서 산화철로 캠슐화된 운모안료와 안료의 중량에 기초하여 약 50중량% 이하의, 1:2 코발트 금속유기물 복합염료 및 1:2 크롬금속 유기물 복합염료로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된, 금속유기물 복합염료로 이루어짐) ; 중간 피목위에 도포된 바깥쪽의 필름형성 투명성 표면피복으로 이루어지며, 결과의 다수층 피복제 조성물은 유광외관 및 염색된 글래스 글로우 색상효과를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다수층 피복제로 피복된 기판 재료.
- 제1항에 있어서, 필름형성 초벌피복, 중간피복 및 투명한 표면피복이 열경화성 아크릴 공중합체로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 기판 재료.
- 내부의 착색된 필름형성 초벌피복의 최소한 한 층을 기판상에 우선 도포하고, 투명한 중간 필름 형성 피복제조성물을 그 초벌피복위에 도포하며, 여기서 상기의 중간피복제는 약 0.001 대 약 0.35의 안료대 결합제 비율로서 산화철로 캡슐화된 운모안료와 안료의 중량에 기초하여 약 50중량% 이하의 1:2 코발트금속 유기물 복합염료 및 1:2 크롬금속 유기물복합염료로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택된, 금속유기물 복합염료로 이루어지며, 그런다음 상기의 중간피복제위에 외부의 투명한 필름형성 표면피복조성물을 도포한 후 그 도포된 피복제들을 경화 또는 건조시켜서 기판재료상에서 유광 외관이 생기게 하고 염색된 글래스 글로우 색상효과가 생기게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 복수층들의 필름형성 중합체로 기판을 피복하는 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 필름형성 초벌피복, 중간피복 및 투명한 표면피복이 열경화성 아크릴 공중합체로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
