Claims (8)

  1. 폴리아릴레이트(polyarylate)계수지를 주재로 하는 합성수지에 의해 사출성형해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴레이트수지(polyarylate resin)의 내추럴펠릿을 사출성형해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리아릴레이트수지 펠릿에 소량의 착색된 폴리에틸렌레프탈레이트수지 펠릿을 혼합해서 이루어지는 수지소재에 의해 사출성형해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 사출성형된 안경테에 대해 이테표면의 일부 또는 전부에 가열처리된 화장코우팅 층을 형성해서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 화장코우팅층이 안경테의 전표면에 시행된 금속도금층과, 이 금속도금층의 위의 전표면에 도포되고 또한 가열경화된 도료에서 이루어지는 베이스코우팅층과, 이 베이스코우팅층의 위의 전표면에 도포되고 또한 가열경화된 도료에서 이루어지는 2차코우팅층과, 이 2차 코우팅층의 위에 스포트상으로 도포되고 또한 가열 경화된 도료에서 이루어지는 반점상의 톱코우팅층을 형성하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 도금층을 형성하는 금속이 니켈에서 이루어지고 베이스코우팅층 및 2차 코우팅층을 형성하는 도료가 가열압착형 아크릴계클리어에 염료를 혼입한 컬러클리어에서 이루어지고, 콥코우팅층을 형성하는 도료가 승화형염료와 퍼얼분말을 알코올로 겔상으로 교반한 도료에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  7. 제4항에 있어서, 화장코우팅층이 베이스코우팅층과 톱코우팅층으로 이루어지는 복합층을 형성하고, 양코우팅층이 어느것인가 한쪽의 층을 안경테의 표면에 스포트상으로 도포된 도료에서 이루어지는 반점상의 코우팅층으로 하고, 그의 다른쪽의 층을 안경테의 전표면에 도포된 도료에서 이루어지는 코우팅층으로 하고, 양코우팅층이 가열경화되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 베이스코우티층 및 톱코우팅층을 형성하는 도료가 퍼얼안료를 혼입한 가열압착형 아크릴계도료에서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 안경테.
