Claims (15)

  1. (A) 비스페놀 에폭시 수지 및 분자당 세개 이상의 에폭시 그룹을 갖는 다작용성 에폭시 수지를 함유하는 에폭시 수지 혼합물 : (B) 디시안디아미드와 하기 일반식(I) 화합물의 혼합물을 함유하는 경화제 : 및 (C) 충진제를 포함하는, 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물.
    상기 식에서, R1은 알킬 그룹 또는 아릴 그룹을 나타내고, 저장 안정성의 관점에 따르면 페닐 그룹을 나타내는 것이 바람직하며, R2는 시아노에틸그룹, 비닐그룹, 또는 페닐그룹을 나타낸다.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 비스페놀 에폭시수지가 구조식(Ⅱ)의 비스페놀 A형 에폭시 수지인 조성물.
    상기 식에서, n은 중합도이다.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 에폭시 수지가 노볼락 에폭시 수지인 조성물.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 노볼락 에폭시 수지가 구조식(Ⅲ)의 페놀성 노볼락 에폭시 수지 및 구조식(Ⅳ)의 O-크레졸 노볼락 에폭시 수지중에서 선택되는 조성물.
    상기 식에서, n은 중합도이다.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 다작용성 에폭시 수지가 상기 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 존재하는 에폭시 수지 총 100중량부당 35 내지 85중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 다작용성 에폭시 수지의 양이 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 존재하는 에폭시 수지 총 100중량부당 50 내지 75중량부인 조성물.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 비스페놀 에폭시 수지의 평균 분자량이 약 800 내지 6,000의 범위인 조성물.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 비스페놀 에폭시 수지의 평균 분자량이 약 1,00 내지 3,000인 조성물.
  9. 제1항에 있어서, R1이 페닐 그룹인 조성물.
  10. 제1항에 있엇, R2가 시아노에틸그룹인 조성물.
  11. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 디시안디아미드가 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 존재하는 경화제 총량의 5 내지 70중량%의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 디시안디아미드의 양이 상기 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 존재하는 경화제 총량의 10 내지 60중량%인 조성물.
  13. 제1항에 있어서, 경화제가 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 조재하는 에폭시 수지 총 100중량부당 4 내지 15중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
  14. 제1항에 있어서, 충진제가 볼라스토나이트(wollastonite) 및 운모 중에서 선택되는 조성물.
  15. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 충진제가 에폭시 수지 분말상 피복 조성물중에 존재하는 에폭시 수지 총 100중량부당 30 내지 200중량부의 양으로 존재하는 조성물.
