  1. 점적회로 입력단의 정진기를 대비하기 위한 입력회로 통로영역과 전하수짐영역을 가지는 정진기 보호장치에 있어서, 기판(1)상에서 입력패드(4)와 연결되는 입력회로 통로영역(3)위에 저저항제(5)가 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 반도체소자의 입력단 지연시간 개선용 입력보호장치.
