산화알루미늄 응집체의 제조방법 및 수득한 응집체

제1도 및 2도는 각각 실시예 1및 2의 산화알루미늄의 공극 분포도식을 나타낸 것이다.

Claims (11)

  1. (ⅰ) 조절된 습도의 환경에서 산화알루미늄 체의 숙성을 실시하고, (ⅱ) 하나 이상의 산용액에 숙성된 체를 합침하고, (ⅲ)상기 함침된 체를 밀폐된 환경에서 열수처리하고, (ⅳ)상기 처리된 체를 건조 및 소성함으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 수산화알루미늄을 급속히 탈수시켜 수득한 산황 알루미늄 분말의 응집체로 산화알루미늄 체를 형성하는 것으로 구성되는 조절된 다공도를 갖는 산화알루미늄 응집체의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 제(ⅰ)공정의 숙성 후에, 산화알루미늄 체를 200℃미만의 온도로 건조함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  3. 제1또는 2항에 있어서, 공곡 생성제 화합물을 응집공정전 또는 중에 산화알루미늄 분말에 첨가함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 첨가하는 공극 생성제의 중량이 산화알루미늄 분말에 대해 0내지 25%임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  5. 제1내지 4항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제(ⅱ)공정의 함침하는 산 용액이 질산용액, 염산용액, 과염소산용액, 황산용액, 아세트산 같은 pH4미만의 약산용액, 또는 상기 산의 혼합물임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 알루미늄이온과 결합할 수 있는 음이온을 방출하는 화합물을 함유하는 산 용액이 질산염, 염화물, 황산염, 과염소산염, 염화아세트산염, 이염화아세트산염, 브롬화아세트산염, 이브롬화아세트산염, 및 하기 일반식의 음이온임을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  7. 제1내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 제(ⅱ)공정이 산화알루미늄 체의 숙성이 30내지 100℃의 온도로 실시됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  8. 제1내지 7항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 열수 처리를 80℃를 초과하는 온도, 바람직하게는 150℃내지 250℃의 온도에서 실시함을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  9. 제1항 내지 8항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소성 또는 활성화 전의 산화알루미늄 체가 60% 미만의 보에마이트 비율을 갖고, 보에마이트 결정이 120Å미만의 평균 직경을 가짐을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  10. 제1내지 9항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 소성 후에 수득한 산화알루미늄 체가 1000Å을 초과하는 직경이 공극과 50Å내지 1000Å의 직경을 갖는 공극을 포함하는 이 원형 공극 분포를 나타냄을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
  11. 제1내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 산화알루미늄 체가 400℃내지 1000℃의 온도로 소성됨을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
