제1도는 차량의 바닥 커버(covering)으로 이용되는 본 발명의 매스 스프링 시스템의 한가지 바람직한 구체예의 단면도.
제2도는 종래의 점탄성 폴리우레탄 포옴(foom)과 본 발명의 폴리우레탄 겔(gel)에 대한 진동개(vibrometer) 측정 결과의 그래프도.
Claims (11)
- 매스 작용을 갖고 유연하게 굴곡되는 무거운 플라스틱 층과 스프링작용을 하는 유연층을 포함하고 소음 발생 표면 또는 벽에 접촉되는, 특히 자동차내에서의 방음을 위한 매스 스프링 시스템(mass and spring systems)에 있어서, 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층이 유기 중합체 또는 실리콘 중합체 10 내지 50중량% 및 이 중합체와의 상용성이 있는 가소제 50 내지 90중량%로 되어있는, 실온에서의 탄성 계수(E')가 5×105Pa이하이고 내부 손실 계수(d)가 0.5 이상인 겔임을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층이 발포된 것임을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층이 폴리우레탄 중합체와 가소제로 된 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제3항에 있어서, 겔이 30 내지 50중량%의 폴리우레틴 중합체 및 50 내지 70중량%의 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층이 폴리비닐클로라이드 단독중합체 또는 공중합체 및/또는 메틸메타크릴레이트 공중합체 및/또는 스디렌 단독중합체 또는 공중합체와 가소제로 된 플라스티겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 겔이 10 내지 20중량%의 중합체와 80 내지 90중량%의 가소제를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서; 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층이 수분- 또는 열-경화 폴리디메틸실록산 및 가소제인 실리콘 오일로 된 겔인 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 혼합물이 15 내지 40중량%의 폴리디메틸실록산과 60 내지 85중량%의 실리콘 오일을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 제1항 내지 제8항중 어느 하나에 있어서, 스프링 작용을 하는 유연층과 무거운 플라스틱층 사이에 최소한 국부적으로 포옴, 특히 연질의 폴리우레탄 포옴이 제공되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 매스 스프링 시스템.
- 다수의 굽힘 강성층과 한개 이상의 방음용 연질 중간층을 포함하며 방음 목적, 특히 고체에 의한 소음의 차단 및 공기에 의한 소음의 차단을 위한 다층 시스템에 있어서, 중간층이 유기 중합체 또는 실리콘 중합체 10 내지 50중량% 및 이러한 중합체와의 상용성이 있는 가소제 50 내지 90중량%로 되어있는, 실온에서의 탄성 계수(E')가 5×105Pa이하이고 내부 손실 계수(d)가 0.5이상인 겔임을 특징으로 하는 다층 시스템.
- 제10항에 있어서, 중간층이 제2항 내지 제9항중 어느 한 항에 따른 겔임을 특징으로 하는 다층 시스템.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
