Plastering; lath and plaster walls.-To prevent cracks in plaster facings due to settlement of the support, the plaster D is applied to a yielding intermediate stratum B, such as hair felt or wool felt, which is glued or cemented to a foundation or like support A. The stratum B is also heat and sound insulating. The support A may be corrugated sheet metal.
