Claims (2)

  1. 다음 공정에 급탕하는 출탕실에 소정 높이까지 용탕을 공급하고, 그후 압입 블록을 출탕실의 용탕내에 소정의 깊이까지 침적하며, 압입 블록의 침적 채적에 맞추어 출탕실로부터 용탕을 넘치게 하고, 다음 공정에 넘치게한 용탕을 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 급탕 방법.
  2. 용탕을 소정의 온도에 저장하여 두기 위한 지지실과 다음 공정에 용탕을 공급하기 위한 출탕실을 출탕구를 거쳐 접속하고, 마개 폐쇄시에 출탕시내에 용탕내에 침적되어 소정량의 용탕을 다음 공정으로 급탕하기 위한 압입 블록을 출탕실에 승강 자재로 배치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 급탕 설비 부착 수동로.
