릴 직경 구동방식의 비디오 테이프 레코더용 릴 서보(servo)장치

본 고안은 릴 직결 구동 방식의 비디오 테이프 레코더(VTR)용 릴 서보(servo) 장치에 관한 것으로 특히, 빨리보내기(F.F), 빨리 되감기(F.R)를 행할 경우 양쪽의 릴 모터의 부하를 적정하게 배분하기 위한 VTR용 릴 서보 장치에 관한 것이다.
종래에는 캡스턴모터 또는 1개의 릴모터로서 빨리보내기(F.F), 빨리되감기(F.R)를 행하는 것이 었으나, 이는 빨리 보내기(F.F) 또는 빨리되감기(F.R)가 진행됨에 따라 일측 릴상에 테이프가 편중 권취되므로 모터의 부하가 계속 가중되어 과도한 전류가 모터에 흐르게 되고 이에 따라 기록매체인 자기테이프에 과도한 힘을주게된다는 문제점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이러한 종래의 문제점을 해결하도록 일측모터에 인가되는 전류를 검출하여 타측 모터에 공급되는 전류를 증가시키므로서 빨리보내기, 빨리되감기시의 시간적인 전체구간에 걸쳐 적절한 부하 부담을 시켜 자기테이프의 손상을 방지하며, 모터를 보호함과 동시에 빨리보내기, 빨리되감기를 원활하게 행할 수 있는 VTR용 릴 서보 장치를 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하는 것으로 이하 첨부된 도면을 참조하면서 본 고안을 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
우선 제1도를 참조하면 본 고안 장치는 공급측모터(1)의 일단을 저항(R1)으로 접지시킴과 동시에 스위치(SW2)의 고정접점(FR)에 연결하되 모터(1)의 타단은 공급측 릴모터 구동회로(6)를 통하여 공급측 릴모터에 구동전압을 공급하는 공급측 펄스폭 변조기(2)와 스위치(SW1)의 고정접점(FF)에 연결하고, 권취측 모터(3)의 일단을 저항(R2)으로 접지시킴과 동시에 스위치(SW2)의 고정접점(FF)에 연결하되, 모터(3)의 타단은 권취측 릴모터 구동회로(7)를 통하여 권취측 릴모터에 구동전압을 공급하는 귄취측 펄스폭 변조기(4)와 스위치 (SW1)의 고정접점(FR)에 연결하며, 스위치(SW1, SW2)의 가동단자는 전류공급부(5)를 통하여 상호 연결시키되 역으로 연동되도록 하여 구성된 것이다.
이와 같이 된 본 고안의 작용효과를 제2도를 참조하여 설명하면, 빨리보내기(F.F) 및 빨리되감기(F.R)에서 구동측 즉, 빨리보내기(F.F)에서는 권취릴이되고, 빨리되감기(F.R)에서는 공급릴이 되는데 이때 구동측 릴모터에 흐르는 전류는 전류 검출용 저항(R1,R2)을 통해 전류와 저항값을 곱에 해당하는 전압으로 검출되며 이 검출된 전압이 전류공급부(5)의 트랜지스터(Tr3)의 베이스에 입력된다.
즉 저항(R1,R2) 에서 검출된 전압에 따라서 트랜지스터(Tr3)의 도통률이 가변된다.
이에따라 전류량을 제어하는 전류 공급부(5)내의 트랜지스터(Tr4)의 도통률이 가변되어 모터(1,3)에 공급되는 구동전류가 가감되는 것이다.
여기서 전류공급부(5) 공지의 회로로서 모터에 공급되는 전류를 Iout라 하고, 검출된 전압을 Vin이라하면
예를 들면 권취측 모터(3)에 과다한 부하가 걸려 구동전류가 높아지면 저항(R2)에서 검출되는 전압은 높아지게되고 이에따라 트랜지스터(Tr3)의 도통률이 커지게되므로 트랜지스터(Tr4)의 전공급량이 크게되어 공급측모터(3)에 공급되는 전류가 증가되어 공급측 모터(3)의 회전이 빠르게 되므로 빨리되감기(F.R)의 작동이 원활하게 되는 것이다.
이때 피구동측 릴모터의 회전방향은 구동측의 회전방향과 동일하며 이 회전방향의 지정은 사용자가 빨리보내기 및 빨리되감기를 선택하는 순간 공지의 비데오 테이프 레코더내부의 마이크로 컴퓨터(도시생략)에 의해 지정된다.
상기한 마이크로 컴퓨터부터 신호(A),(B)를 받아 공급측 릴모터구동회로(6),(7)를 구동시켜 공급측 모터(1)와 권취측 모터(3)의 회전방향을 결정한다.
즉 빨리보내기(F.F)경우에는 신호(A)가 로우, 신호(B)가 하이상태가 되므로 이에따라 공급측 모터(1)는 시계 회전방향으로 회전하므로 권취측 모터(3)도 시계 회전방향으로 회전을 하게 된다.
한편 빨리되감기(F.R)경우에는 신호(A)가 하이, 신호(B)가 로우상태가 되므로 공급측 모터(1)는 반시계방향으로 회전하므로 권취측 모터(3)도 반시계방향으로 회전을 하게 된다.
또한 공급측 모터(1)로 테이프를 권취할 경우에는 소정시간이 흐르게 되면 부하량이 커지게 되므로 공급측모터(1)에 공급되는 구동전류가 커지게 되고 저항(R1)에서 나타나는 전압이 상승되므로 역시 전류 공급부(5)가 트랜지스터(Tr3, Tr4)의 도통률이 증가되므로 공급전류가 크게되어 권취측 모터(3)에 공급되는 구동전류가 증가된다.
이에따라 권취측 모터(3)의 회전이 빠르게 되므로 빨리보내기(F.F)의 작동이 원활하게 되는 것이다.
이상에서 설명된 바와 같이 본 고안에 의하여 구동측에 부하가 많이 걸려 흐르는 전류가 증가하게되면 그에따라 피구동측 모터는 더욱더 테이프를 풀어 주게되므로 빨리되감기, 빨리보내기 동작이 전체 구간에 걸쳐 적정한 부하 배분이 이루어 지므로 빨리되감기, 빨리보내기 동작이 원활하게 됨은 물론 빨리되감기, 빨리보내기의 끝부분에서도 모터에 걸리는 과도한 전류를 감소시켜 모터를 보호함으로써 테이프에 가해지는 과도한 인장력을 감소시켜 테이프 손상을 방지할 수가 있다.

Claims (1)

  1. 공급측 모터(1)의 일단을 저항(R1)으로 접지시킴과 동시에 스위치(SW2)의 고정접점(FR)에 연결하되 모터(1)의 타단은 통상의 공급측 릴 모터 구동회로(6)를 통하여 공급측 펄스폭 변조기(2)와 스위치(SW2)의 고정접점(FF)에 연결하고, 권취측 모터(3)의 일단을 저항(R2)으로 접지시킴과 동시에 스위치(SW2)의 고정접점(FF)에 연결하되 모터(3)의 타단은 통상의 권취측 릴 모터 구동회로(7)를 통하여 권취측 펄스폭 변조기(4)와 스위치(SW1)의 고정접점(FR)에 연결하며, 스위치(SW1, SW2)의 가동단자는 전류공급부(5)를 통하여 상호 연결시키되 역으로 연동되도록 하여서된 릴 직결 구동방식의 비디오 테이프 레코더용 릴서보(servo)장치.
