Claims (19)

  1. 정보는 단일 연속 시간 순서내 선결정된 장소에서 기록 캐리어상에 배열되는 다수의 항목을 구비하고, 장치는 사용자의 양호한 시간 순차에 따라 기록된 항목을 재생시키는 수단을 구비하는 기록 캐리어상에 기록된 정보재생용 장치에 있어서, 상기 장치는 기록 캐리어 자체로부터 상기 기록 캐리어상에 기록된 항목에 대해 양호한 재생 시간 순차를 한정하는 정보 판독 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 판독 수단은 정보 항목이 기록되는 장소로부터 별개이며 상기 연속 시간 순차내 장소에 대응하는 기록 캐리어의 리드-인 부분으로부터 양호한 순서를 한정하는 정보를 판독하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 판독 수단은 기록 캐리어상에 기록된 항목을 식별 및 할당하는 내용표의 한 부분으로 양호한 순차를 한정하는 정보를 판독하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.

  6. 제5항에 있어서, 내용표의 시작 장소에 관하여 상이한 선결정된 오프셋트에 의하여 한정되는 기록 캐리어의 리드-인 부부내 장소로 부터 문자 정보 판독을 표시하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  7. 제4 내지 6항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양호한 순서를 한정하는 정보는 트랙 번호 리스트를 구비하며, 양호한 순서에서 항목의 연속 시간 순서내 장소를 결정하도록 내용표와 관련하여 리스트를 사용하도록 배열되는 기억된 항목을 재생시키는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  8. 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록된 항목을 재생하는 수단을 기록 캐리어 상에 기록하는 오디오 및 비디오의 메인 데이타 채널에 기록된 정보 판독 수단을 구비하며, 양호한 순서를 한정하는 정보 판독 수단은 데이타 채널과 병렬로 기록되며 서브 코드 채널에 기록된 정보 판독 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 컴팩트 디스크 디지탈 오디오 시스템과 비교 가능한 포맷에서 삭제 가능한 디지탈 광디스크상에 기록되는 정보 항목 재생에 적합하며, 판독 수단은 상기 시스템에 한정되는 바와 같은 서브 코드의 Q-채널로부터 양호한 순차를 한정하는 정보를 판독하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  10. 선행항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 주어진 기록 캐리어에서 둘 이상의 다른 사용자 각각에 대해 양호한 시간 순서를 한정하는 정보 판독 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 재생 장치.
  11. 기록 캐리어상에 정보 기록 장치에 있어서, 장치는 단일 연속 시간 순차내 선결정된 장소에서 주어진 기록 캐리어상에 기록되는 정보 항목 재생을 위하여 양호한 시간 순서를 한정하는 정보를 사용자가 인입하기 위한 입력 수단과, 양호한 재생 시간 순서를 한정하는 정보는 선행항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 장치 또는 동일 장치에 의하여 나중 시간에 따르는 기록된 항목을 판독 및 재생하도록 주어진 기록 캐리어의 한 부분에서 양호한 재생 시간 순서를 한정하는 정보를 기록하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 기록 캐리어상에서 정보 항목을 기록하는 수단과, 상기 연속 시간 순차내 장소를 한정하며 기록된 항목을 식별하는 내용표를 기록 캐리어의 리드-인 부분에 기록하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 기록 수단은 돌발적인 삭제에 대해 기록된 항목을 보호하는 정보를 내용표에 포함하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  14. 제12 또는 13항에 있어서, 기록 수단은 기록 캐리어상에서 최근에 기록된 장소를 한정하며 또한 항목이 기록되는 연속 시간 순차내에서 마지막 장소를 한정하는 정보가 내용표에 포함하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  15. 제12 내지 14항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 기록되는 새 항목을 수신하도록 프리인 기록 캐리어 지역을 식별 및 할당하는 내용표를 사용하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  16. 제12 내지 15항중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 양호한 순서를 한정하는 정보 기록 수단은 내용표의 시작 장소에 관련하여 선결정된 오프셋에 의하여 한정되는 상기 연속 시간 순서내 장소에서 동작하도록 배열되는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  17. 제16항에 있어서, 내용표의 시작 장소에 관련하여 상이한 선결정된 오프셋트에 의하여 한정되는 장소에서 사용자 한정 문자 데이타를 기록하는 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 정보 기록 장치.
  18. 제11 내지 17항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 기록 장치와 기록 장치에 의하여 기록 캐리어상에 기록된 정보에 의하여 한정되는 양호한 재생 시간 순서에 따라 기록 캐리어로부터 정보 항목을 재생시키는 재생 장치를 구비하는 결합 기록 및 재생 장치.
  19. 제18항에 있어서, 재생 장치는 제1 내지 10항중 어느 한 항에 청구된 바와 같은 장치를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 결합 기록 및 재생 장치.
