Claims (9)

  1. 탄성 중합기초시트, 여러개의 일체형 돌출부, 비드결합재의 불연속층 그리고 여러개의 되반사용 비드로 구비되는 되반사용 시트에 있어서, 상기 탄성 중합 기초시트는 전방면을 가지며; 상기 일체형 돌출부는 전방면으로부터 돌기되며 각각의 돌출부는 상부면 그리고 상부면과 기초시트의 전방면을 연결하는 측면을 가지며; 상기 비드결합재의 불연속층은 각각의 돌출부 측면의 선택된 부를 감싸며; 상기 되반사용 비드는 비드결합재의 층내에 부분적으로 침지되고 그리고 비드결합재의 층으로부터 부분적으로 돌기되며 여기에서 전방면 및 상부면은 대체로 비드결합재의 층과 접착되지 않는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사용 시트.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 돌출부 측면의 제2선택된 곳 각각을 감싸는 제2비드 결합층과 그리고 제2비드결합재 층내에 부분적으로 침지되는 여러개의 입자를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사용 시트.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 침지된 입자는 되반사용 비드이고 그리고 측면의 제1지정된 곳상의 상기 비드결합재는 측면의 제2지정장소를 감싸는 비드결합재의 색깔과 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 입자는 되반사용 비드 및 미끄럼 방지용 입자로 형성된 군으로부터 취해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
  5. 제2항에 있어서, 돌출부의 상부면을 감싸는 제3비드결합재층과 그리고 제3비드결합재 층내에 침지되는 여러개의 미끄럼 방지용 입자를 추가로 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 시트.
  6. 되반사용 시트를 제작하기 위한 과정에 있어서, 상기 과정은 뒷면과 그리고 뒷면의 반대상의 시트 전방면으로부터 돌기된 상부면 및 적어도 하나의 측면을 각각 갖춘 여러개의 돌출부를 갖춘 탄성 중합 기초 시트를 제공하는 단계와; 돌출부 측면의 선택된 부위에 액체 비드결합재의 불연속층을 도포하는 단계와; 액체 비드결합재층내에 되반사용 비드를 부분적으로 침지시키는 단계와; 그리고 측면의 선택된 부위상에 침지된 여러개의 되반사용 비드와 함께 되반사용 시트를 형성하도록 비드결합재층을 고형화 하는 단계로 구비되는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사성 시트 제작용 구성.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 기초 시트는 연속된 웨브이고 그리고 비드결합재 도포단계는 로울러에 걸쳐서 웨브를 이송함에 의해 수행되며 상기 로울러에서 돌출부는 비드결합재의 필름에 대해 가압되며 웨브의 면적에 걸쳐 비드결합재 필름과 접속되는 압력이 충분함으로써 상기 비드결합재를 돌출부 상부면으로부터 분리시키고 비드결합재를 측면의 선택부위로 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사성 시트제작용 과정.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 압력은 기초 시트 뒷면에 대해 가압되는 지지로울러에 의해 제공되며 이 압력을 상기 돌출부를 비드결합재 필름과 접촉되도록 가압하는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사성 시트 제작용 과정.
  9. 제6항에 있어서, 액체 비드결합제가 24℃에서 약 1800-10,000 센티포이즈(cps)의 점도를 갖추는 것을 특징으로 하는 되반사성 시트 제작용 과정.
