Claims (6)
- 두겹으로 적층된 종이타월을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 중간면으로 분리된 돌출부 및 요흠부가 교대로 위치하는 제1강철로울의 표면에 돌출부와 중간면에는 부착되나 요흠부에는 걸쳐지도록 제1층을 부착시키는 단계와, 역시 중간면으로 분리된 돌출부 및 요흠부가 교대로 위치하는 제2강철로울의 표면에 돌출부와 중간면에는 부착되나 요흠부에는 걸쳐지도록 제2층을 부착시키는 단계와, 제1로울의 상승된 돌출부에 접촉되는 제1층부분에 접착제를 도포하는 단계와, 접착제가 도포된 제1층부분이 제2층의 걸쳐진 부분에 압착되도록 제1로울 및 제2로울을 부분적으로 계합시켜 층들이 접착되게하여 적층된 웨브를 제조하는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두겹으로 적층된 종이타월 제조방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2로울이 서로 맞물린 강철로울인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 제1 및 제2웨브를 고무로울과 각각의 강철로울 사이에 형성된 닙에서 압착시켜 상기 제1 및 제2강철로울의 표면에 부분적으로 부착되게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 제1 및 제2로울이 50% 내지 55%사이로 계합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 접착제를 제1 및 제2층에 도포하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 두겹으로 적층된 종이타월을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 기본중량 20g/㎡인 제지섬유로 된 제1층을 중간면으로 분리된 돌출부와 요흠부가 교대로 위치하는 요철면을 갖는 제1강철로울의 표면에 돌출부 및 중간면에는 부착되나 요흠부에는 걸쳐지도록 부착시키는 단계와, 기본중량 20g/㎡인 제지섬유의 제2층을 중간면으로 분리된 돌출부와 요흠부가 교대로 위치하는 요철면을 갖는 제2강철로울의 표면에 돌출부 및 중간면에는 부착되나 요흠부에는 걸쳐지도록 부착시키는 단계와, 제1로울의 돌출부에 접촉되는 제1층의 부분에 접착제를 도포하는 단계와, 제1강철로울 및 제2강철로울이 약 50%정도 계합되었을때 그 사이의닙에서 제1층의 접착제가 도포된 부분이 제2층의 걸쳐진 부분에 대해 압압되도록 하여 제1 및 제2층을 접착시키는 단계로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 두겹으로 적층된 종이타월을 제조하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
