제1도는 본 발명에 따른 힌지의 개략도이고, 제2도는 힌지 아암 및 힌지 아암의 설치 위치에서의 기판의 종단면도이고, 제3도는 기판의 측면도이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 힌지 아암이 최소한 하나의 어댑터에 의하여 기판에 고정될 수 있으며 힌지 레버등에 의하여 예컨데 힌지 포트 같은 제 2힌지 부품에 연결되어 있고 또한 힌지 아암은 조정 및/또는 부속 나사가 돌출하는 구멍을 갖고 있으며 어댑터는 기판에 설치될 수 있으며 또 회전할 수 있도록 어댑터에 지지된 로커레버에 의하여 고정될 수 있고 또한 어댑터는 U-형을 가지며 측부에서 기판을 에워싸는 두개의 측부 아암을 갖고 있는 바의 조정장치를 갖는 힌지에 있어서, 어댑터(3)가 기판(2)에 압착되도록 어댑터(3)의 양측부아암이 유극 또는 공차없이 기판(2)에 놓이게 하고, 측부아암(3′)의 최소한 하나가 최소한 한 위치에서 약화되게 한 것을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 재료의 약화는 슬로트(20)의 형태에 의함을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 슬로트(20)은 어댑터(3)의 종방향으로 연장되어 로커레버(4)의 근처에 위치됨을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 기판(2)의 노치(11)에서 관통 핀(10)으로 설치된 어댑터(3)는 어떠한 유극없이 두측부아암(3′)으로 기판(2)을 에워싸며 노치(11)의 모선 또는 중간선 종축(LM)과 관통핀(10)은 회전할 수 있는 어댑터(3)가 내부응력에 의하여 기판(2)에 유지되도록 서로에 대하여 바람직하기는 1°의 얕은 각도( )로 응력을 받지 않은 상태로 놓임을 특징으로 하는 힌지.
