Claims (28)
- (a) 슬립 매질 , (b) 입상 물질 , 및 (c) 슬립을 사용한 주입 성형 공정의주입 속도를 중가시키기에 유효한 양의, 평균 분자량 1,000 미만의 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민을 포함함을 특징으로 하는, 세라믹 제품을 제조하기 위한 슬립 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 측쇄 또는 사이클릭 폴리아민 또는 이의 혼합물을 포함하는 슬립 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민이 하기 일반식으로 표시되는 화합물 하나 이상을 표함하는 슬립 조성물.H2N[(CH2)n(CH2-CH2-NH)m]PH상기식에서, n은 0 내지 6이고 ; m은 1 내지 6이고 , p는 1 내지 15이며, 단 n 및 m은 독립적으로 분자내에서 반복단위마다 다를 수 있다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, n이 각각 0인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, m이 3 내지 6이고, p는 1인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리아민의 양이 슬립 조성물의 0.0001 내지 1중량%인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 테트라에틸렌펜타민인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 슬립 조성물로부터 제조된 제품의 미처리 강도를 유지시키기에 유효한 양의 결합제를 추가로 포함하는 슬립 조성물.
- 제11항에 있어서, 결합제의 양이 슬립의 0.05 내지 0.5중량%인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 곁합제에 대한 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 중량비가 95 : 5 내지 5 : 95인 슬립 조성물.
- 제10항에 있어서, 곁합제에 대한 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민의 중량비가 70 : 30 내지 30 : 70인 슬립 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 스티렌-부타디엔 라텍스를 결합제로서 사용하는 슬립 조성물.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민을 테트라 에틸렌펜타민고, 결합제는 부타디엔 라텍스인 슬립 조성물.
- 슬립 매질 및 입상 물질로부터 슬립을 제조하고, 슬립을 주형내에 위치시키고, 슬립 매질의 일부를 주형으로부터 제거하고, 백자 주물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하며, 이때 사용되는 슬립은 주입 속도를 증가시키기에 충분한 양의 폴리알킬렌 폴리아민을 함유함을 특징으로 하여. 세라믹 제품을 제조하는 주입성형 방법.
- 제14항에 있어서, 주입 성형을 대기압 보다 높거나 낮은 입력하에서 수행하는 방법.
