Claims (20)
- 정화수의 저장을 위한 한 영역과 적어도 하나의 정화수 유출구를 갖는 정수장치에서 정화수로부터 예상치 이상의 입자를 제거하기 위한 장치에 있어서, 이 장치가 예상치 이상의 입자가 통과하는 것을 차단하도록 된 여과소자, 상기 저장영역으로의 유입구와 정화수유출구사이에 상기 여과소자를 배치하기 위한 수단과, 상기 여과소자로부터 입자를 분리하기 위하여 상기 여과소자의 유출구측에서 작동하는 세정수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 예상치 이상의 입자를 제거하기 위한 정수장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 여과소자가 스크린임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 저장영역이 원통형으로 되어 있고 상기 스크린은 원형이며 저장영역의 유입구와 유출구사이에 설치됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 스크린이 삽입과 분리가 용이한 단면의 형태로 되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 스크린의 높이가 물이 여과되지 않고 그 상부를 흘러넘어가는 것을 충분히 방지할 수 있는 높이임을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 스크린으로부터 입자를 세정하기 위하여 상기 스크린의 유입구측에서 작동하는 제 2 세정수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 스크린에 갇힌 입자를 일소하여 이로부터 제거하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 7항에 있어서, 상기 일소수단이 상기 제 2 세정수단에 물을 분사하기 위한 수단과, 제거될 입자가 포함되어 있는 여과되지 않은 정화수의 일부를 옮기기 위한 유출구를 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 8항에 있어서, 입자가 제거된 정화수의 일부가 장치대에서 재순환됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 6항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 세정수단이 적어도 하나의 브러쉬, 이 브러쉬를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, 상기 스크린의 유입구측을 가로질러 상기 브러쉬를 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 2항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단이 상기 스크린의 유출구측에 압력하의 정화수를 공급하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 11항에 있어서, 압력하에 정화수를 공급하기 위한 상기 수단이 스크린의 일측변부로부터 직선방향으로 타측방향에 압력하의 물을 공급토록 되어 있는 일렬의 샤워노즐과, 스크린에 대하여 노즐열을 직선으로 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함하므로서 압력하의 물이 스크린의 전체 유출구측을 가로질러 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 저장영역이 원형이고 한쌍의 측벽으로 형성되어 있으며, 상기 여과소자가 상기 측벽으로부터 간격을 둔 지점에서 상기 저장영역내에 배치된 한쌍의 간격을 둔 동심원상의 원형 스크린으로 구성되고, 상기 세정수단은 압력하의 물을 양 스크린의 유출구측에 공급하기 위하여 상기 스크린사이의 공간에 배치되는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 13항에 있어서, 압력하에 물을 공급하기 위한 상기 수단이 스크린 사이에 배치되고 각 스크린으로 향하는 일렬의 샤워노즐을 갖는 적어도 하나의 스프레이헤드를 포함하고 각 열의 샤워노즐이 해당 스크린의 일측변부로부터 타측변부로 직선을 따라 압력하의 물을 공급토록 되어 있으며, 상기 세정수단은 스크린에 대하여 헤드를 타측방향으로 이동시키기 위한 수단을 포함하므로서 압력하의 물이 각 스크린의 전체 유출구측을 가로질러 공급됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 13항에 있어서, 여과되지 않은 정화수를 유출하기 위한 유출구와, 여과된 물의 유출구와 여과되지 않은 물의 물의 유출구를 통하여 보내어지는 상기 정화수의 상대적인 비율을 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 1항에 있어서, 상기 장치내 상대적인 수위를 조절하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 원통형 부유탱크, 이 탱크상에서 회전하는 캐리지, 공기가 용해되어 있으며 탱크의 수면에 물에 포함된 입자가 부유되도록하는 응집제가 포함된 물을 정화하도록 상기 탱크내에 주입하기 위하여 상기 캐리지와 함께 회전하는 제 1 수단, 탱크수면상에서 입자를 수집하고 수집된 입자를 배출하기 위하여 적어도 일부분이 상기 캐리지와 함께 회전하는 제 2 수단, 상기 탱크의 저면에 가까운 지점으로부터 정화수를 옮기기 위한 제 3 수단, 정화수 유출구, 정화수로부터 예상치 이상의 입자를 분리하기 위하여 상기 제 3 수단과 상기 정화수 유출구사이에 배치되며 상기 예상치 이하의 크기인 여과공을 갖는 원형 스크린과, 이 스크린의 세정을 위하여 캐리지와 함께 회전하는 수단으로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 정수장치.
- 청구범위 17항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단이 상기 스크린의 유입구측에 접촉하는 브러쉬, 이 브러쉬를 회전시키기 위한 수단과, 스크린의 유입구측을 중심으로하여 캐리지와 함께 회전토록 브러쉬를 착설하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 17항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단이 스크린 유출구측의 상부로부터 저면측으로 정화수를 뿜어내도록 배치된 일렬의 샤워노즐과, 스크린의 유출구측 상부에서 캐리지와 함께 회전토록 노즐열을 착설하기 위한 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.
- 청구범위 17항에 있어서, 상기 세정수단이 상기 스크린에 의하여 물로부터 분리된 입자를 일소하기 위하여 상기 캐리지와 함께 적어도 일부가 회전하는 수단을 포함함을 특징으로 하는 장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
