본 발명은 다음에 첨부된 도면과 함께 이하 상세히 설명될 것이다. 제 1 도 본 발명의 투약장치의 측면도, 제 2 도는 한 부분을 확대 도시한 제 1 도의 투약장치의 확대단면도, 제 3 도는 제 2 도의 선Ⅲ-Ⅲ을 따른 단면도.
Claims (11)
- 용기의 원통 케이싱으로 구성되고, 케이싱의 말단부에는 이중 점주사 바늘을 체결하기 위한 수단이 제공되고, 그 이중점의 한점은 용기의 한 단부를 폐쇄하고 있는 막에 구멍을 뚫도록 제공되고, 상기 용기의 다른 단부를 폐쇄하는 피스톤상에 힘을 가하기 위한 피스톤 로드와 내부 나선이 제공된 조절수단으로 구성되고, 상기 조절수단은 게이싱의 외부 나선과 회전가능하게 맞물려 있으며 필요한 경우에 투약 정도에 따라 피스톤의 행정 길이를 조절하도록 하며, 그 투약량은 눈금으로 조절되는 카트리지로 부터 인슐린 조합제와 같은 측정한 액체량을 투약하기 위한 투약장치에 있어서, 상기 투약장치에 케이싱(1)과 피스톤 로드(13)사이의 제 1 래치트 수단(17)과, 상기 제 1 래치트 수단은 케이싱의 말단부를 향한 방향으로 피스톤 로드(13)을 움직이나 반대방향으로 운동은 방지하고, 케이싱에 대해 회전할 수 없는 케이싱(1)과 조절수단(20)사이에 제2래치트 수단(32)이 제공되고, 상기 케이싱에 대해 그 조절수단이 회전할 수 있고, 상기 제 2 래치트 수단은 케이싱(1)의 말단부 방향으로 조절수단(20)이 회전 되게 하고 반대방향으로의 회전은 방지하게 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제 1 래치트 수단(17)은 피스톤 로드(13)의 원주 및 반경방향 소울더에 의해 형성되고, 각각의 소울더는 사용시에 운동방향으로 도시된 피스톤 로드의 정면단부 방향으로 경사진 원추형 표면(13)에 의해 결합되고, 상기 소울더(14,15) 및 표면(16)은 포올(11)로써 작용하는 원주형 칼라와 상호 작용하고, 상기 칼라는 피스톤 로드가 케이싱으로 통과하는 장소의 케이싱(1)의 일체부이고 케이싱의 말단부를 향해 앞으로 나아가는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드(13)에는 케이싱(1)상의 포올(11)로써 작용하는 칼라에 제공된 반경방향 안으로 나온 돌출부(33,34,35,36)용 종 방향 홈(28,29,30,31)이 제공된 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 제 2 래치트 수단(32)은 포올로써 작용하는 돌출부(25)로 구성되고, 상기 돌출부는 슬리이비용 조절수단(20)의 말단부의 일체이고, 피스톤 로드(13)의 종방향 홈(28,29,30,31)과 상호작용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤(13)의 종방향 홈(28,29,30,31)은 상호 동일한 각 거리로 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 포올(11)로써 작용하는 칼라는 케이싱으로 부터 반경방향 안으로 돌출한 플랜지에 의해 케이싱(1)과 연결되고, 상기 플랜지는 용기가 투약장치에 정확하게 놓여질 시, 카트리지 형태의 용기 말단에지가 수용되도록 반경방향 치수를 갖고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 6 항 중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 조절수단은 직사각형의 슬리이브 형태 및 피스톤 로드(13) 및 피스톤(8)과 동일한 연장부가 되고, 조절 수단과 상호 작용하는 케이싱(1)상의 외부 나선(19)이 투약장치가 처음 사용될 시, 용기내 피스톤의 정면 단부에서 끝나는 축방향 구역내에 및 케이싱의 말단부에 인접하여 놓여 지는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드의 말단부에는 조절수단(20) 바깥쪽 반경 돌출 헤드(22)가 제공되고, 상기 헤드는 투약량이 전달 될 시 상기 조절수단의 인접단부와 맞붙어 움직이는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 상기 원주상의 측정 눈금(37)이 피스톤 로드에 있는 홈들 사이의 각 거리에 대응하는 표시부 사이의 각 거리를 갖는 조절수단(20)의 말단부에 제공되고, 투약장치의 바늘(5)용 보호캡(9)은 그 투약장치의 사용 중에 피스톤 로드의 헤드(22)에 있는 양호한 회전위치에서 체결되도록 적용되며, 상기 캡은 조절수단(20)의 측정눈금(37)이 "0"점의 정면에 표시부가 고정되도록 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 5 항 내지 제 9 항중 어는 한 항에 있어서, 상기 피스톤 로드은 그 외측에 조절 수단의 완전회전으로 전달된 투약장치의 수치를 읽기 위한 종 방향 측정눈금(38)을 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.
- 제 1 항 내지 제10항중 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 래치트 수단(17,32)은 운동방해 부품이 보다 강한 힘을 받음으로써 일시적으로 이겨낼 수 있게 하도록 적용된 것을 특징으로 하는 투약장치.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
