제1도는 미합중국 특허 4,361,448호에 개시된 열처리를 나타내는 온도 다이어 그램도이다.
Claims (7)
- 강철 제품을 용융 아연욕 중에서 퀀칭 함으로써 이 강철 제품을 급속 냉각하고, 아연 욕의 작업 온도 이하의 온도로 냉각시키고 상기 강철 제품을 아연욕을 통하여 이동하게 용융 아연의 흐름을 유도하여, 퀀칭시에 있어서의 강철 제품의 최종 온도를 규제함으로써 강철 제품상에 형성되는 코팅의 구조를 조절하는 단계로 이루어지는, 연속 용융 금속 공정에 있어서의 연속 강철 제품상의 중간 금속층의 두께 제어방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 융용 아연의 흐름이, 강철 제품의 침입전에 인접한 강철 제품쪽으로, 제1노즐에 의해 강철 제품의 이동 방향에 대해 비스듬히 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항에 있어서, 냉각된 용융 아연의 제2흐름이, 상기한 비스듬하게 유도된 흐름의 뒤쪽의 위치점에서 제2노즐에 의해, 강철 제품에 적어도 필수적으로는 수직방향으로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강철 제품에 대한 냉각 아연 흐름의 온도가, 아연욕의 작업 온도보다 1° 내지 15℃ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 냉각된 아연의 흐름이, 강철 제품의 양쪽면에서. 전체쪽에 걸쳐 균일하게, 강철 제품쪽으로 유도되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제2항 또는 제3항에 있어서. 상기한 냉각된 아연을 강철 제품쪽으로 유도하는 제1및 제2노즐이 각각 조절 가능한 것임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 강철 제품쪽으로 유도되는 용융 아연의 흐름이 열교환 냉각기에 의해 냉각되고, 이 냉각기릍 통과한 아연의 흐름이 잔류 아연욕으로부터 분리되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
