CONSTITUTION:The steel billet is moderately slow cooled at the rate of <=1 deg.C/ sec from the melting and solidification of the metal till arriving at the just front of the warming zone, in order to promote the spheroidization of the sheet type precipitations; following to this, the billet is warmed at the temperature region regulated to 950-1,300 deg.C for at least 10min for further promoting the spheroidization; after that, this steel billet is hot rolled; hereby, the generation of rolling cracks is restricted.
